Twelve cars, an imposing convoy, Tara Summer only realized that Nancy had been discharged when she rushed out of the Villa gate, seeing her in one of the cars.
Liam Yancey and Nancy shared a ride back in a limousine. When the limousine door opened, Tara saw Nancy lying in the seat covered with a blanket, her face pale and lifeless.
"Is she... okay?" When Liam got out of the car, she walked over, her eyes never leaving Nancy's face in the car.
"No symptoms of high fever, she's generally fine." Liam ruffled her long hair, his voice deep and husky.
"Liam..." As Nancy woke up, she looked at the tall back of the man, gently calling out his name.
Liam turned around as she continued, "Take me back to the mountain-top villa, please. I don't want... don't want to disturb you guys here..."
Hearing these words, Tara's brows furrowed. Suddenly, she felt that Nancy was acting very distant, as if she was excluding herself from the Yancey family.
