Alister said, "In our land, boy, we have the federal forces, trained warriors of the alliance with permission to operate within Commonwealth territory."
Alister took a big step and then turned around and, looking at his students, said, "In the south, that does not exist. The only units of knights, sorceresses, and hunters come from the alliance or noble families."
Alister raised his hands, pointing at his students as he said, "Any warrior trained in fire mastery which is not registered with the alliance or sponsored by a noble family. He will immediately be named as a renegade and therefore persecuted as a criminal."
Alister looked up to look into the eyes of his students as he said, "That's why the alliance is so important. We are the ones who bring the fire of the warriors to unprotected places."
