The first step is the most crucial, one can tame a monster through pure mental domination where the Tamer will use their powerful will to suppress the monster into following them, though they will be able to tame them and make them their familiar, the monster will not be loyal to the tamer and might disobey their orders one day.
But through the normal taming process the Tamer will gain the loyalty and respect of the monster, this will lead to great harmony and cooperation between the Tamer and the familiar.

After he stopped his attempt to form a mental connection with the Goblin he walked closer to the cage and crouched down to see face to face with the small Goblin, the goblin took a step back from fear and shock, seeing the Goblin's reaction Gael chuckled.

Hearing his voice, the young Goblin slowly and carefully approached Gael, it reached its hand.
While all of this is happening, Wency and Lily managed to make a connection with their chosen monster, their expressions relaxed as they communicate with their monsters mentally.
" huuuuuu" someone breathed loudly and it made Nicholas, the Prince, and Marcus turned their heads in the direction of the loud breathing.
Seeing the person who breathed loudly and heaved a sigh of relief, the Crown Prince and the rest smiled and nodded in satisfaction, the person who breathed loudly is Amon Vega a minor noble from a small Barony far away from the kingdom, he is the red-haired youth filled with passion and ambition, he managed to tame the B rank Hellhound, it is the most powerful monster here in the garden right now, meaning it is the hardest to tame amongst them but Amon still managed to tame it, he is also the first to tame his chosen monster.
After he managed to tame his Hellhound he opened its cage, his new familiar walked out of the cage and approached him slowly it sat down in front of him like a good dog, Amon then pet his familiar making it happy and excited, from the interaction between the two you can see that the Hellhound is still a puppy and from its reaction towards Amon, it is visible that the Hellhound like him.
After Amon successfully tamed his Hellhound the others slowly succeed as well, the next person to tame his chosen monster is Vice General Balmor, next is Melchor, and following him are the twins Kali and Kalisto, the remaining people who are still in the process of taming are Wency, Lily, and Gael.
Gael is unaware that the other five already tamed their monsters, his full attention is on the Goblin that is now holding onto his finger, seeing the small Goblin hold his finger he attempted to form a connection with it.
The Goblin started to open up to him, his mind filled with memories of his past endeavours entered a white hollowed space, he looked around in confusion, a moment later something appeared on the walls of the white hollow space, scenes of a group of Goblins punching and kicking a small and weak Goblin, they continued to beat up the weak Goblin until it lost consciousness.
Gael turned his head to the other side of the space and he saw a different scene, it is still the weak and small Goblin but this time the Goblin is not getting beat up, the weak Goblin is standing in front of two adult Goblins one male and female, they said something to the young Goblin but Gael couldn't understand them, but it seems like they are not satisfied with the young Goblin and are disappointed, they turn around and left the young Goblin alone.
After seeing those scenes Gael then realized that everything that he saw are the memories of the young Goblin, the hardships and pain it received from other goblins even from his parents.
After a few minutes the hollow white space disappeared and what welcomes him is the image of t young Goblin, it appeared in front of Gael with a determined face.
Seeing the Goblin's face he understood what it wants, and its desire though it may be young the small Goblin have been through a lot, Gael recalled what he saw earlier, he smiled and made eye contact with the small Goblin.
" I know what you want and what you desire, I have seen what you've been through, though I cannot say that I understand how you feel I have been through a lot as well, and what you desire aligns with mine. Be my familiar, though I am weak right now, I am confident that I can help you reach what you want, how about that? " Gael said towards the small Goblin with a smile, the small goblin nodded hearing what Gael said, though they use different languages and couldn't understand each other's words they have already formed a mental connection and the small goblin felt Gael's sincerity through their connected minds.
As Gael and the goblin communicate mentally, Wency and Lily also succeeded in taming their chosen monster which leaves Gael as the last.
Everyone in the garden is watching Gael who has his eyes closed kneeling in front of the cage of the goblin, they are all waiting for Gael.
After a few more minutes of waiting, Gael opened his eyes with a wide smile on his face.
" It seems you've succeeded, " Marcus said with a smile on his face.
Gael turned his head to face Marcus then nodded after he opened the cage and let his new familiar out when the small Goblin walked out of the cage it looked around like a curious child but the moment the goblin saw Gael it immediately approached him.
" hehehehe come here " Gael gestured for the goblin to come closer to him, he then pets its head.
" ahem, ahem, since you all managed to successfully tame your familiars you are now full fledge Tamers," said Nicholas, his words made Gael and the others celebrate in happiness.
" don't celebrate too early, you just managed to take the first step, the world of Tamers is dangerous and huge as well as full of opportunity and wealth, you shall walk your path towards greatness and assist the Crown Prince to the best of your abilities " Nicholas interrupted their celebration.
