Once a zombie evolved to Level 6, its defense was no longer something that ordinary laser weapons could handle. Only some powerful new humans wielding weapons made of advanced H steel could confront them, but this approach was bound to cause casualties. To reduce casualties, close combat needed to be minimized. However, long-range weapons struggled to penetrate the defense of Level 6 zombies. Hence, the Piercing Death Cannon was introduced, a weapon capable of reducing the attack area to a single point with extremely strong penetration, thus breaching the defense of a Level 6 zombie. Therefore, the Piercing Death Cannon became a specialized weapon against Level 6 zombies.
