"Damn it!"
The sense of being unable to find a point of attack made the Death Knight very irritable, cursing under his breath while his three-meter-long spear scraped back and forth under the feet of his quarry.
Meanwhile, the zombie beast felt a growing rage, unable to bite down on the person in its mouth. In an instinctive outburst of anger, it opened its mouth and let out a roar, but this act allowed the Mercenary Guild Warrior inside to react instantaneously, wriggling out from the creature's maw.
Whoosh!
Suddenly, a streak of cold light flashed as the warrior pulled out a corpse-chopping knife, stabbing it into one of the beast's eyes as large as brass bells!
With the zombie beast's eye acting as a fulcrum, the warrior used the knife to pull himself up, and once his feet were firmly stuck atop the beast's head, he looked toward the Death Knight not far ahead and sneered, bending down to yank the corpse-chopping knife out of the beast's eye!
