Paint Man flicked off the peaked cap he had been wearing, revealing a head covered in a hood.
The hood concealed most of his head, leaving only the lower part of his face below the bridge of the nose exposed.
The appearance of his hood was bizarre, with disparate colors, but upon closer look, one could see it was made from the flesh of different people's faces. However, each piece of skin differed in color, making his hood appear mismatched. Moreover, each area of skin was no larger than five centimeters, which made it hard to imagine how many people's facial skin had gone into making it.
The lower part of the hood was rough and uneven, not deliberately trimmed. It was clear that Paint Man would sew on new pieces of skin each time he acquired them, and perhaps now, another piece of someone's facial skin would be added.
Paint Man's hood would thus be further perfected.
