"This is a ruthless age, where human lives are worth less than pigs. People still need to eat, though. I need to eat. The more, the better. Handing out food rations? That's something only an idiot would do!"
"Oh?"
Tang Ye glanced at Qiongli, then turned back to Brother Zhang, "This can't be described as stupidity, it should be called kindness. In some ways, I'd rather deal with kind people."
"I feel the same. But she can be kind if she wants, just don't expect to impose her ideas on me!" Brother Zhang said.
"Hehe." Tang Ye laughed unnaturally, its sound made Brother Zhang's scalp tingle. He always felt that Tang Ye's laughter carried a hint of the low growl of the undead.
"So are you a good guy?" Brother Zhang asked again.
"Do I look like one?"
"Then we are on the same path."
He looked at Tang Ye with a smile, apparently very pleased with Tang Ye's response of "Do I look like one?" And Tang Ye simply responded, "Yes, on the same path!"
