In Lin City, there were no survivor bases, which also meant that there were no places where a sufficient number of survivors of the Doomsday Black Rain could be gathered. Yet, there were quite a few survivors, which was one of the reasons why Su Sigui chose to establish her power here.
Once her influence reached a certain level, she planned to relocate all her team members to a small county beside Lin City called Yuhuang. Up till now, most of the zombies along the relocation route had been eradicated.
The reason for choosing Yuhuang was due to the small number of zombies there, owing to its relatively smaller population.
Secondly, Yuhuang had fields galore in its vicinity. Since ancient times, it had been a colossal granary. As long as they began planting there, they could support at least ten thousand people annually!
