Later that night...
"Yes, ma'am," Before Yori could finish, Cyprian said "I'll wake you up when we get there since Yori here doesn't know where my house is." He added then turned to face her as he suggested "You may sleep on my lap if you like." He teased with a wink.
She blushed as she simply nodded in response because it made her even more frazzled than normal. She then slowly closed her eyes as she leaned in closer to his lap to take a short nap.
They had arrived at Cyprian's place after traveling for one hour and thirty minutes. While Evelyn was dozing on his lap, Cyprian gave her shoulder a gentle tap.
She slowly stood up and opened her eyes as he gently tapped her shoulders again and murmured, "Evelyn, I'm home."
She was still half asleep when she said, "Huh, where are we?"
Before he could respond, he grinned and announced, "We're at my house, foolish. Well, I'll be going now." He then walked out of the car.
He was ready to open their door when she approached him in their front porch as she abruptly grabbed his wrist that made him turn to face her.
He got startled when she suddenly kissed him, she blushed like a rose and looked at him with eyes wide open.
She smiled warmly and looked in his eyes. He looked at her rosy red lips, as he goes closer to her making her more surprised, after he accepted her soft, loving touch with sane love.
They were mischievous that night to the fact that she loved every second of it.
They broke the kiss after an hour later, he then blush interrupted their kiss and asked, "Why did you kiss me?"
"I kissed you because this is the last time that I'm going to ever do that again," Evelyn remarked, patting his shoulder and grinning.
"But, why?" he queries bewildered.
She added, grinning, "I simply felt like it."
His eyes widened, "Are you insane? You just felt like it after being rejected."
"Pretty much," she acknowledged. "Well, Good night, Cyprian. I must be going, I had a fantastic night." She added with a wink.
"Good night to you, as well. I also had a great night, bye" He chuckled as he waved goodbye.
N: She smiled then turned and bid him farewell before getting in the car. As soon as he entered the house and saw them drive away, he slightly smiled and went to his room.
The next day...
N: She awoke unexpectedly in her bed with a severe headache. She called her Yaya Astrid whose been with her since she was a little, she requested a pain reliever.
•Evelyn p.o.v•
Ugh, what happened last night? Why does my head feel so heavy though, I didn't drank any hard drink last night.
If I vividly recall yesterday that we're on our way to Cyprian place and that I was a bit sleepy and he suggested that I should sleep on his lap and that...
N: She tried to recall yesterday as she touched her lips and realized there were kissed marks, she panicked and screamed.
Yaya Astrid came in and got startled when I yelled, "I slept on his lap and we kissed!?" while putting a pillow over my face.
Yaya sat directly next to me and asked, "I don't know what's going on here, but here's the pain killer you asked for and is that a kiss mark on your face it?" She grabbed the pillow off my face as she tried to wipe it off.
"Yaya, I believe I messed up," I murmured, shielding my face. She placed my hands down and continued to remove the mark.
She sarcastically questioned, "You think?" She said, "You have a kiss mark on your face and who on earth gave you those kiss marks?"
She asks as she scans my body for the source of the kiss marks.
I explained, "Yesterday, I confessed to my crush and we went on a date."
Yaya ultimately removes the kiss mark and inquires, "So, what happened on your date?"
I blushed and said, "Well, a lot had occurred first. There was this rain event when we were caught up in it and he offered me his jacket so that I don't catch a cold and he also carried my bag while holding the umbrella for me."
She then got up after removing the kiss mark off my face as she prepared my uniform and my things when she said, "Interesting, what did you then?"
I grinned with flushed cheeks, "I can still remember that night when he ran his hand through his hair, he said that I can hang onto him, so that's what I did on our way to the bus stop."
She asks meekly, "What about your confession, what did he tell you?" as she sets up the restroom for me.
I answered without showing any emotion, "Oh, he rejected me. He said, he liked me just not in a romantic way," and then I walked into the bathroom to take a shower.
"Oh, my. He rejected you?" she said, standing in front of the door.
"Yes, he did," I retorted in a volume that she could hear.
She asked in a frightened voice, "What did you say to him? You weren't wounded were you?"
Even though she couldn't see me, I shook my head and replied, "No, I wasn't wounded at all. I knew he would reject me even if I didn't confess. I simply told him that I was OK and I understood, that's all,"
She continued as I got out of the shower, "I know that must've hurt, but rejection is actually a part of life and it's nice that you accepted it."
I said as I changed into my uniform, "I wasn't wounded at all, Yaya, in fact, I'm delighted that I confessed to him since I got it out of my system."
She looked at me with a pleased smile and added, "Watching you develop into a mature woman makes my heart warm." She then unexpectedly hugged me, and I returned the hug while grinning. Then she said in a low voice, "Now tell me. Who made the initial move on that kiss?"
As I pulled away from the hug, I chuckled as I muttered back, "It was me."
She gasped and smacked my arm, calling me a "sneaky youngster" and grinning.
I denied, saying "Yaya, it's not what you think" as I kept rubbing my arm "I just did it because that's the last time I'm going to approach him and now that I'm moving forward, I'm going to do all in my power to avoid him" I explained.
She wonders, "So, you're simply going to stay away from him the whole time since you kissed him when he rejected you?"
As Yaya followed me out of my room, I nodded and said, "Yep, that's what I'm going to do."
She said as she walked next to me, "What if he attempts to approach you, what are you going to do?"
I responded, "I'll attempt to flee or maybe pretend I'm busy."
"Well, to avoid someone is too cliche," she remarked.
As we down the stairs, I groaned, "Well, that's the only choice I have. I still don't understand why he treated me so well and in the end he still rejected me."
She said, "Didn't you mention he liked you but not in a romantic sense. Maybe, it's because he doesn't want your friendship to be damaged."
I nodded in agreement, saying "Yes, that's what he said and I also agree as to why he rejected me"
She went on to explain, "That's the explanation, he liked you just not in a romantic manner, it's because he loves you just the way you two as it is, you don't need romance to be together you can be together even if your just friends"
I deeply sighed and agreed when my phone rang, I then answered, "Hello, Evelyn speaking,"
Mael curiously asked, "So, what happened to your date yesterday?"
Enne added, saying, "You didn't spill the tea on us yesterday and how did it go, that's why we called you so that you could tell us"
I raised an eyebrow at them and said, "You do realize it's 5:15 in the morning."
"Yes, we acknowledged that" They both said.
I said "Well, it's still early, so I'll tell you when we get to school, but for now you just have to wait." As I ended the call.
I turned to face Yaya and wondered, asking her "Yaya Astrid, how did I wind up in my bed last night?" as we descended the stairs.
Astrid added, "Well, when Yori brought you home, he was with Riam, and he was the one who took you to your bed."
Why did he come here? Does it relate to Mom in any way? I went back to sleep when we left Cyprian's place, so that explains everything.
I inquire out of interest, "Yaya, what was he doing here?"
Astrid shrugged, saying "I have no clue, darling. But, his downstairs right now, cooking breakfast" she pointed at the dining area and there he was.
I said with a grin on my face and a twitching eye, "Where is mum, Yaya?"
"I think she's in the garden" Astrid replied.
"Thank you" I thanked her as she was about to go to the laundry room when I asked her "Was he here since last night?" I asked.
"Yes sweetheart, why do you ask?" She nodded, asking.
"Oh, nothing" I shook my head as I laughed nervously "If he was still here since last night where did he slept?" I asked.
"You really wanna know where he slept?" Astrid ask with a smirk as she looked at her after putting away the laundry.
I nodded, she then came closer to my ear and whispered "He slept right next to you" She teased while winking.
I gasped "Jinja!?" As I exclaimed while covering my mouth.
Yaya nodded as a response. I then realized "I thought you didn't know why was he here last night?"
She shrug, "I really don't know, I just over heard your conversation last night" she explained, adding "You told him that he could sleep right next to you instead because you thought he was your crush that Cyprian guy that you talked about earlier"
"I really said that?" I asked her which she nodded as I facepalm myself "But, I wasn't even drunk yesterday how did I end sleeping with Riam!" I yelled.
Yaya shrug as she entered the laundry room and I went to the dining area as
I exclaimed, "You slept with me, last night!?" As I spotted him.
He glanced at me astonished after turning off the burner and remarked, "Wow, you could've said good morning or I dunno, maybe a hello."
My arms were crossed as I stared at him and said, "My morning isn't good today because of you!"
Rolling his eyes, he scoffed, "Look, I wasn't the one who agreed to sleep next to you. It was your own doing, so don't blame me on it"
I screamed, "I was half asleep last night!? How is it my fault!"
When Evan arrived downstairs still half asleep, Riam shrugged in response and continued to prepare breakfast.
"It's still 5:35 in the morning," Evan mutters as he rubs his eyes, "What's with all the yelling?"
As I walked out of the dining area and into the yard, I moaned, "Don't ask me why, I'm in a bad mood because of him it's all his fault why I'm shouting. I'm going to visit mum."
Evan asks Riam, "Yikes, What's up with her?"
As he arranged the table, Riam said, "She's furious because she made me slept next to her last night because she thought I was Cyprian"
The question "Wait, you slept next to her?" caused Evan's eyes to widen.
Riam nodded "Yep, that's what she's furious about" he said.
Evan ask "She wasn't drunk or any thing like that was she?" In concern voice.
"Nope, she was just half asleep when I lift her up to her room last night" Riam explained.
"Haven't you thought that you guys would look good together" Evan said
"I thought about it, but she doesn't want everyone to believe that we're a thing" Riam ponder, added, "In the end, we're just friends."
Evan raised an eyebrow and observed, "What a shame, you two would look amazing together," as he sipped his coffee.
As he sat down next to Evan, Riam stated, "I wish, but she likes Cyprian Calum her crush," adding, "Haven't you heard, she confessed to him yesterday."
Evan said, leaning in closer, "Your kidding?" He enquired.
"No, she even has a gift for him," Riam shook his head. "She brought him on a date to a fancy restaurant the day before."
He asks "What happened to their date from yesterday?" Evan gasped more forcefully.
Riam said, "I don't know yet, she hasn't informed me"
Evan poked his elbow and said, "Inform me when she informs you, okay?" before giving his phone number.
"She's your sister, can't you just ask her what happened" Riam remarked.
"I mean, I could but I can't, she doesn't like sharing stuff like this" Evan said.
Riam nodded, saying "Ah, I see. Okay, I'll let you know" as he hid Evan phone number.
Evelyn and her mother arrived as they sat down at the table.
Dona motioned for Evelyn to take a seat next to Riam, saying, "It looks breakfast is done, come Maria, let's eat." However, Evelyn sat directly opposite from Riam, looking furious.
Dona told Astrid to find Ethan, who was at the library working hard.
While the rest of them ate and talked a little, Astrid nodded as she went to get Ethan. Up until Evan brought up Evelyn's revelation from yesterday.
Dona asks, "Maria, you confessed to someone?" as her expression becomes animated.
"Yes," I said, adding "I preferred not to discuss it."
Ethan inquired as he entered the basement, "What's that I heard, my angel just confessed to someone?"
Dona pulled up a chair for him and replied, "Yes, sweetheart"
"Whose this lucky fellow you confessed to?" Ethan ask as he sat down.
"It's nothing important dad, let's just eat. I don't want to talk about it" I said with no emotion.
Dona held Ethan hand, saying "Honey, let's not force Maria. Alright"
When Evan got up to take a shower, they were still having breakfast when Ethan nodded.
The others soon followed, and when Evelyn and Riam said their goodbyes and left for school, Ethan went back to the library and Dona went to the kitchen to wash dishes.
On the way to school, Riam expressed regret, saying, "I'm sorry if I got furious with you."
I sighed and apologised, adding hesitantly, "I'm sorry too, I should have lost my anger earlier and I'm sorry for all the ranting."
He remarked with a remorseful tone, "I know it wasn't your fault, but I should have gone home last night."
"Why were you at home yesterday night," I then enquire
Riam pulled out a cute present box with a dog sticker on it and said, "Yesterday at school I was meant to give you a gift before you left with Cyprian. It's a gift for our 10 year friendship anniversary but when I saw you with Cyprian leaving the school property I went to your house to wait for you."
I exclaimed in delight, "Aww, Riam that's so lovely. Why didn't you tell me yesterday? I would have waited for you," as I accepted the present.
He regretfully remarked, pretending to grin, "It was supposed to be a surprise, which is why I didn't tell you, but then you informed me that you were going to confess to Cyprian so I didn't bother telling you."
I took hold of his free hand and said, "I'm very sorry, I should have paid more attention to you than Cyprian."
He added, "I know you liked him more than me since I was only your friend, therefore giving you this present don't have any significance to you."
"I apologize for not being able to embrace your sentiments for the entirety all this years," I said, giving him a bear hug. "This present has more than enough significance, and it isn't for our 10 year friendship anniversary."
He chuckled and asked, "Why don't you open the gift and see what's inside?" Adding, "Careful, I'm driving," he said.
I was overjoyed as I opened the present and said, "Ahh! You got me tickets to the Viviz performance!"
"That's not all," he said, "You're sitting in the VIP area and you may meet them back stage too."
I embraced her even more tightly while screaming, "Ahh! Really!? But, wait. Aren't backstage and VIP tickets too expensive."
"Yes, they were, but don't worry about it. What matters is that you enjoy the event and your encounter with them in person." He said.
I said with a smile while leaning on him, "I can't thank you enough for this, and because you purchased two I presume your coming with me to the performance."
We arrived to school and parked a little while later. As soon as we had parked, Riam exited first then later opened my door.
N: As they exited the car, they hugged and parted their ways on the way to class. Evelyn, hurried to the locker room to share what had happen to where she ran into Enne, Mael, and Jordyn.
"Looks like someone in a good mood," Jordyn said.
Enne teased "Ooh, did your date went well yesterday?" Enne asked.
I said, "The date was amazing, until I got rejected"
"You got rejected!?" Mael yelled as she gasped.
I shush her, saying "Shh, keep your voice down. Someone might hear you and yes I was rejected" I continued.
Enne murmured out of worry, "Oh, you poor darling. What did he tell you?" She asks.
I said with no emotion, "He said he liked me but just not in a romantic kind of way and that he prefers being friends because he doesn't want to ruin our friendship"
Mael firmly grabbed Evelyn and added, "I'm sure you were hurt when he told that"
I shook my head and said "I wasn't hurt at all in fact I'm glad that he rejected me"
All of them were shocked when I said that as Enne got closer and asked "If you weren't hurt, what did you told him in return?"
"I just told him that I'm fine and that I'm okay, that's it" I said with arms crossed.
Mael raised an eyebrow and said, "So, that's it."
Actually, there's more to tell than "pretty much," but I don't want them to know that I kissed him after he rejected me.
"If that's it," Jordyn questioned, "Why were you so joyful before if you were going to be rejected anyhow?"
Enne smacked Jordyn's arm and questioned, "What Jordyn was trying to imply is that we want to know what's that all about since you looked joyful earlier."
"I'll tell you when we get to class," I said with a smile. As I led the way, and the others soon followed.
The three slyly muttered, "She seems pleased after she got rejected, don't you think there's other guys that made her happy today" and they followed her as they exchanged glances.
Enne mused, "Who knows, let's just wait for her to say it." As she then paused and realized "Does it relate to Riam? You know the guy has been crushing on her for years"
Jordyn said in a whisper, "Nice theory and it could be possible too"
Mael raised an eyebrow at him and said, "I can vouch for that, I saw them earlier in the parking lot and they seem pretty close than usual"
"How close?" Enne asked.
Mael explains in a whisper, "Closer like linking their arms to one another, leaning against one another, the same intimacy as boyfriend and girlfriend sort of approach."
As they walked inside the classroom, Enne ask, "You don't think their together, right?"
I turned to look at them and said "No, we're not together. Yet"
"Ooh, she said yet. So, there is a possibility that you guys will date?" Jordyn teased as she asked.
"Nothing has been confirmed yet, we're just taking things slow after I'd ignore his feelings for all this years" I explained while hashing them.
"I knew he had a thing for you and finally you've opened up to him, I feel like crying right now" Enne said as she was moved into tears.
"You guys were right, I should've gave him a chance" I said, agreeing to them.
As I was about to take my seat when Cyprian grabbed my wrist that made me turn to face him and confusedly asks, "Cyprian, what do you want?"
He said, "There's something I need to tell you, can you come with me?" While asking.
I nodded, and said to my friends "I'll be back"
They nodded, as her friends continued on talking as they left the classroom as the two continue their conversation in the corridor.
"Okay, what do you want Cyprian?" I asked in a cold voice.
He asked "Do you recall what had happened last night?"
"Yes, I do recall everything last night" I said, adding, "Why do you ask?"
He replied, "Oh, nothing. I thought you wouldn't remember last night"
I said, with my arms crossed "I wasn't drunk last night so I can remember what happened"
He pondered, "You seem cold lately, after I rejected you. Did I make you mad?"
I sighed and said, "No, you didn't make me mad in fact I'm trying to avoid you because I've been trying to work things out with Riam. So, yeah"
His smile faded as he embarrassingly laugh and said, "Oh, okay. Well, it's great that you two are finally working out"
I awkwardly thanked him, "Thank you" adding, "Yes, we're taking things slow at the moment"
He sighed, adding "So, that's why you've been cold lately?" He asks.
I nodded, saying "Yep, well if you don't have anything more to say let's get back to class" I added, as I entered first then followed after.
N: Evenlyn and Cyprian arrived as she satted down with her friends as they gather around her and asked what had happened.
When suddenly Fukumi came and was waiting for Enne after he called out for her.
Mael poked Enne in the stomach, as she taunted, "Ooh, looks like your boyfriend here."
"He is not my lover," Enne slapped Mael in the arm as she got up and left the classroom.
Enne enquires "Why are you here" after she left the classroom.
He added, leaning in closer to her ear, "I need to tell you something. Cyprian and Evenlyn kissed."
She quietly inquires "Are you for real?" her eyes widening as she exhaled.
"Yes, I'm sure. I'm his my brother and besides I overheard Cyprian talking to himself last night, that they kissed after their date," he added, nodding.
She taps her shoes and said, "But, Evelyn didn't mentioned that they kissed after their date"
"Well, she must've hid it from you" He said. "Maybe, she didn't want to tell because you might tell it to Riam that they kissed"
She furrowed an eyebrow and crossed her arms as she said, "Your friends with Riam why get us involved"
Fukumi shrug as he said "You're also friends with him not just us in fact we have to be nice to each other because Riam told us that his going to court her" He added.
Enne continued, "Riam courting her!?" As she scream Fukumi covered her mouth as he said, "Keep your voice down we don't want Evelyn to know"
"To know what?" Evelyn ask as she suddenly appear with arms crossed.
He nervously chuckled and awkwardly clasped Enne's hand, saying, "Oh, nothing. We were just chatting about Enne and Me."
Evelyn pointed and said, "Wait, you two are now a thing and I thought I was the only one who had an on process relationship"
Enne said with a shaky laugh, "Yes, we just started dating."
Desu chimed in, "Since when did you two become a thing?"
"We merely began dating, like she stated," Fukumi retorted.
Michi raised an eyebrow and said, "Your concealing something, aren't you?" as he leaned in closer to them and said, "Something ain't right."
Enne said as she began to feel anxious, "What do you mean, Michi?"
"Spell it," Michi commanded. "You two aren't actually dating, you two merely talked to each other and all of a sudden you two are dating" he added.
Enne stated as she held his hand, "But, we are dating just because we merely talked and we don't show it to you doesn't mean that we're not dating"
He said, "If you two are genuinely boyfriend and girlfriend, then show it. You two kiss, right now!"
"Sure, no issue," Fukumi boldly said.
She shouted, "Huh!? Kiss!" as she took a step back in shock.
Michi said, looking doubtful, "Yes, kiss. Why are you scared, haven't you kissed before?"
She laughed apprehensively and replied, "Of course we have."
He gestured, saying "Thought so, let's continue with that kiss."
Watching the two make an effort to kiss, Michi grinned mischievously as Fukumi moved in for a passionate kiss on Enne.
When all of a sudden Sage intervened, as he punched Fukumi out of the way, forcing him to fall and bruise his bottom as he pulled Enne next to him and grinned mischievously.
Sage had his arm over Enne's shoulder as she opened her eyes, she was surprised and perplexed at what was going.
"Fukumi!" She yelled as she let go of Sage hand.
She quickly went to Fukumi after she noticed him on the ground fussing, she moved toward him and gently assisted him to stand.
She grasped his arm as he attempted to rise up and said, "Here, let me help you." She then scowled at Sage, who was obviously furious. Before they could arrived at the clinic, she gave the order, "I'll take Fukumi, you guys take care of Sage."
"Wait, I'll come with you Enne" I said, Enne nodded as I help her carry Fukumi.
After they left, Desu and Michi began to approach Sage while clenching their fists and necks to scare him. Sage was visibly shivering in dread as they drew nearer to him and was going to strike him when Mael and Jordyn intervened.
Mael remarked, her voice filled with worry, "We witnessed everything, you don't need to hurt him."
"We're treating Sage the same way he treated Fukumi because you heard what Enne said how we should handle Sage," Desu stated.
Jordyn muses, "Maybe the president was just jealous because Fukumi was about to kiss Enne and that's why he treated Fukumi that way."
"I am not envious!" Sage exclaimed, "Besides, this is a school, not a kiss fest," he added, giving them the side eye as he rushed off.
After he left Mael smirked, "Mystery solved, to whom the president confessed to."
Jordyn asks intently, "Who did he confess to?"
Michi rolled his eyes and said, "You saw how he treated Fukumi, you know it's Enne."
Mael moved her eyes and asked, "Why didn't she tell us yesterday at lunch that she was the one who Sage confessed to?"
Jordyn shrugged and said, "I don't know, I wasn't with you guys at lunch earlier"
"Oh, right. It was only me, Evelyn, and Enne. My bad" Mael said, as she laughed.
"Maybe, it's because Enne is a kind of friend whose secretive, because she doesn't really like to reveal too much about her personal life." Desu said his opinion.
"Well, whatever that confession was I'm still interested to know the president confession to Enne that got him this upset," Mael said with a nod.
Jordyn pushed Mael back to class, saying "Let's not worry about that, let's just get back to class." they waved farewell to Desu and Michi who also went back to their classroom.
•Meanwhile at the Clinic•
Fukumi thanked them as he instructed and sat down on the emergency bed. "Thanks for your aid you two, you should hurry back to class. I'll be alright here."
Enne shook her head and said, in a remorseful tone, "No, I'm not leaving you here. This is all my fault as to why your here."
"No, it's not. Sage was the one who got us into this problem," Fukumi replied while raising her chin in response.
I chuckled nervously and said, "I gotta get back to class, I'll leave you two alone to chat. Enne, I will excuse you from our professors."
"Thank you Evelyn, visit us after class," Enne added with a nod.
I nodded and left the clinic. I wonder what they'll talk about probably about earlier.
●Enne p.o.v●
"This is the first time we truly chatted face to face," he continued, chuckling, "Our friends were right, we barely talked to each other."
I apologised as I stated, "I didn't anticipate that our situation would turn out like this, I'm very sorry about Sage, I don't know why he came at you all of a sudden, he isn't normally like this."
He grabbed my shoulders and stated, "He confessed to you at the school's rooftop a long time ago and you rejected him but he hasn't received the clue yet. It's because he loves you to death Enne that his willing to do everything."
My eyes widened, and I said, "How did you know about his confession?"
I got shivers when he said, "Everyone knew about his confession to you since he was madly in love with you, if you notice he occasionally follow you about."
I shifted my eyes and say, "You're joking."
He sounded serious and continued, "No, I'm serious. If you don't believe me, let's kiss right here, right now. I'm sure he's here, watching."
"You want us to kiss again after everything that happened?" I sighed and muttered.
"Yes, only to show that he follows you around," he said, nodding.
"Let's do it," I said as I nodded.
He nodded, as he came closer to me. I was trembling inside as I held my pose and kept my lips open in disbelief over what was happening.
I screamed in horror, "Kiss?! Uh... um... this can't be happening," I then calmed myself by holding my hands together with my eyes closed "Calm down Enne, they say first kisses tasted like sweets,"
Fukumi was ready to kiss me when all of suddenly Sage entered the clinic and slapped him across the face and he fell off the bed and onto the ground.
As soon as I heard the smack, I opened my eyes, as I got startled and was terrified.
I swiftly approaches Fukumi and asks, "Are you alright?" while carefully inspecting his face.
As he attempted to stand up, he told me, "See, I told you that he follows you around and I'm okay."
I gulped as I felt scared, as I whispered "You were right, he does follow me around. I should hire some body guards" I then assisted him to stand up, and asks, "Are you sure?"
"I'm always right, now help me up" He proudly said as he held my hand to get up "I was being sarcastic. Of course, I'm not fine" he said, "My bottom hurts and I look like I was stung by a bee."
I apologized and added, "I'll go get some ice," as I quickly grab an ice pack from the clinic refrigerator.
As I grab an ice from the refrigerator, Fukumi suddenly yelled "What was that Sage!"
"Enne is mine! Mine only!" Sage yelled as he twisted his wrist, "She isn't yours Fukumi she is mine"
Fukumi yelled, "She is not yours, nor anyone. Because she doesn't belong to anyone!"
Sage stated as he maniacally laughed, "Yes, she is mine. She does belong to me"
He then slowly stood up as he goes nears his face, adding "Get this inside your brain, SHE REJECTED YOU! and SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU! You got that"
Sage sneer as he stated showing no remorse, "Oh, I got that loud and clear. But, what's this?" He ponders, as he showed the contract that I signed for.
Fukumi snatched the contract and tore it apart as he pulled Sage's collar as he exclaimed, "Nobody cares what on that contract! You need to leave Enne alone, your traumatizing her" He added, I came back with the ice bag in my hands just in time to wedge muself between them.
I yelled at them, "That's enough! Sage, are you going to leave or I'm calling the cops on you" I added, as I dialed my phone.
"Baby, come on are you going to call the cops on me?" He asked, as he tried to hold on my hand but Fukumi stopped him.
"Yes, I am and I can do it right here and now" I proudly said, as I dialed the police station "Hello, this is Enne Veroni. I'm calling from Na.V University. I would like to report a stalker on the campus" I added.
"No, please. I can't go to jail, I have a reputation to seal" Sage begged as he kneeled down in front of me.
"It's too late to begged now, the cops are here" Fukumi said as he smirked.
"No, don't take me!" Sage yelled for his life as the cops cuffed his hands behind his back.
"You have the right to remain silent, you're coming with us for criminal harassment Ms.Enne Veroni" Cop #1 said as he left with his partner.
I sighed in relief as they took Sage away, I helped Fukumi with his injured face, while the cops arrested Sage and he was taken to jail.
Few minutes later, the rest of the gang arrived looking all confused and worried as they bombarded as we with questions.
Evelyn questioned inquisitively, "Why was Sage arrested? Did something awful happen?
"Yep, everything went wrong" I answered, adding "Sage's got arrest it's because Fukumi revealed that Sage was truly my stalker and he had been waiting outside the clinic this whole time when we pretended to kiss."
Riam expressed displeasure, "Wow, I never thought our student council president was a stalker."
Desu said, "Me neither, I thought he was this not creepy sort of guy."
"Wait, you said you kissed, didn't you?" Mael teasingly questioned.
We both exclaimed, "It was staged," at once.
Fukumi and I looked at each other, as everyone said, "Okay, we shall pretend that it was scripted" we face palmed, and softly chuckled.
I pleaded with them not to believe us, saying, "It was truly staged, why don't you guys believe us? Fukumi and I had just attempted the kiss to make me realize that he was my stalker."
When they departed to go have lunch, Evelyn stated, "Tell us when your narrative is credible, let's go grab lunch guys. Join us when your done here."
I questioned Fukumi, "Is your face alright now?" as I put my attention to Fukumi as I gradually applied ice to his face. We merely exchanged looks.
"Yeah, it's all right now, thanks Enne, I think we should have lunch," he added.
I helped him put his walking cane that the nurse suggested and slowly helped him "Do you need help in standing up?" I asked.
He shook his head and said "I think I can manage, just stand by me and I'll be alright"
I nodded as I walked besides him, his posture is getting better now. I smiled while walking besides him, the more I looked at him his face brightens.
He suddenly looked behind that made me startled as he asks "If you keep staring at me, you might fall" he teased.
I smack his arm and said "I wasn't staring and who would fall for you" I stormed off as walked in front of him.
He chuckled as he slowly keep up with my pace as he suddenly stolen me a kiss and walked fast while winking.
I was too stuned to speak when he kissed me on the cheek, I find his gesture quite cute.
I shook my head while slightly smiling as he run off like a child, I felt my cheek turned red as I kept up with his pace and stolen him a kiss and ran to the cafeteria.
