"The Ginnak book of spells was never invented as a spell book, it was a warning book." Robert halted and peered at her, this gave her goosebumps. He didn't even tell her to wait a day to learn about the Ginnak.
He then proceeded, "A warning book to tell the people about the misfortunes of being around a Ginnak. Ginnaks back then lived among humans."
"Why would humans live among them when they know it's bad?" Alexandra raised a question. She saw no reason a person would want to stay close to a dangerous person or creature.
"At that time, the Ginnaks weren't deranged, the texts were just for safety measures. But as soon as the Ginnak's eyes fell on the book, their sanity snapped."
"How? Why?" She was abruptly perplexed. Surely, the book wasn't that powerful.
