Max opened his eyes to find himself in the Nine Pillar Hall.
The once bright hall had dimmed greatly, leaving behind a bright red orb at the center of the hall, floating above like a lantern.
"The Seed of Chaos," Max muttered. It wasn't the first time he had seen it since he had already done a thorough check after he regained his senses.
In any case, he was still awed by it.
The energy given off by the Seed was highly chaotic and destructive, with a frequency that Max couldn't quite understand.
The fact that Regard was able to seal it gave Max a rough estimate of how strong he was and he was quite impressed by his master's prowess.
He had never seen Regard do battle and in his eyes, his Master was more of a slacker than a Legendary Hero.
"Maybe because I haven't spent that much time with him." Max sat up, causing a ripple in the water.
He hadn't spent that much time with Regard ever since he became a Hermit and entered Golden Clover.
