Nora's eyes widened in shock, she was looking at Rayd as if not believing what he just said.
The Elves has long gone extinct, no one knows the cause of their disappearance on the earth surface, but history has it as a misfortune befalling them which makes it hard to stumble unto an Elves space vortex.
Nora moved towards Rayd who was beaming with excitement, no one knows the amount of treasure they could get by going into the vortex, they might as well get lucky to find many useful magical equipment.
"It very surprising, I can't believe it, you sure about what you just found right?". Nora asked Rayd who still has the same smile of being so excited.
"I swear with the goddess breath it the Elves Space vortex" Rayd answered hurriedly.
"Am sure the goddess must have felt that", Nora said moving closer to the wooden door with her big wolf.
"Felt what", Rayd asked with a confused face.
"The way you kept swearing with her every feature", Nora said rolling her eyes.
Rayd goes still as if deprived of air on hearing Nora's remark, he glared at Nora who now has a satisfactory smile plastered to her face.
"I thought this was the very first time I swore with her name since we started our journey" , Rayd defended.
"With the way things are going you gonna be doing that alot I guess" Nora said shrugging.
Rayd ignored her Cox he knows she was just trying to get on his nerves, "she never let me know what peace feels like", he said to himself shaking his head.
"Have any idea how the door opens", she asked
Rayd shook his head indicating he don't, "I didn't get to see how the elves senior opened the door", he answered with a gloomy face.
"Does it have a key or something", Nora asked again looking worried.
"I don't know but I'll check again" Rayd said with a reassuring smile seeing the worried look his sister was giving him.
"You look much cuter with those rumple brow of yours", Rayd voiced out with a teasing tune.
A small ball-like ripple of water appeared with the wave of her hand and she threw it at him,
Rayd was cut off guard and groan of pain the moment it made contact with his skin.
"But that not fair, I was just saying the truth" he said still rubbing where the water hit him, "do you perhaps boiled it Cox it hurt as hell" he added.
"What the point of being punished if it doesn't hurt", she said looking at displeased Rayd who's at the verge of tears.
"U could at least make it cold, why go true stress boiling it", he said tears rolling down his cheeks.
"Now that more like it", Nora said laughing.
"Am telling on you to the sea goddess when we get back", he said using the back of his palms to wipe his tears.
"Uhh! Uhh! Can't momma's spoiled brat do it himself, beside she could only glare and threw murderous instinct at me. Now be fast and get the damn door open". She said with a serious tune.
Sensing the seriousness in her voice, Rayd closed his eyes and touched the door with both hands. Several images and moments flashed at the speed of light concerning all the informations and interactions done by the door side. A certain image cut Rayd attention and he decide to take a look at it which turns out to be a moment.
It the same elf he saw earlier who seems to be their elder, he moved towards the door and put his first and middle finger to his forehead, he muttered some words and a silver and tainted blue light appeared taking the shape of a crescent moon. He aimed the light at the door, the light illuminated the surface of the door which shine more brightly when the door clicks open.
All the elves hailed and kept chanting
" Hail the moon goddess corellon",
"Hail to Sylph Aubrey".
They kept chanting those words as they matched through the gate after Sylph Aubrey with pure happiness visible on their faces.
Rayd opened his eyes to find Nora's gaze fixed on him, he ignored her fussy face and closed his eyes trying to mimic the so called Aubrey.
"Thank the goddess am a light mage or you could have spend your whole life time trying to get the door open which you can't and you'll end up loosing the opportunity", Rayd said while giggling to Nora in a mocking tune.
She became utterly quiet and just listened to Rayd rambling, Cox she knows what he said was true, he was the only one who took pleasure in blinding his enemies eyes with his light cultivated Art, thou being a light mage comes with so many advantages.
Rayd did the same thing he saw in the moment, he place his two fingers to his forehead just like the other elf and muttered "Hail to goddess corellon, give me the strength you gave to my ancestors to invade your heavenly Realm as the ruler of your kind".
To Rayd surprise nothing follows, no light, nothing actually happened, he try a few more times with same result, he turn to Nora who now has a panicked face.
"Let me try", she said moving closer to the door,
Rayd node and moved aside telling her what to say, she also do the same with also zero response.
"Do you think only their kind could go in there or we could use another method", Rayd voiced out his concern,
"I pray it the latter", Nora said worriedly.
They seriously can't pass on this lucky finding, they could get a lot of magical equipment to use at their Realm seeing how it's in chaos right now.
Rayd decide to try another word to see if it'll work out.
He closed his eyes and placed his two fingers on his forehead and chant "Hail Goddess corellon, give me the strength you gave to your kind and their ancestors to invade your heavenly Realm as a guest".
A bright silver and tainted blue light illuminated at the top of his fingers which he directed it to the door, the light envelope all the door with a click sound.
A smile escapes Nora's without she knowing it, same as Rayd.
Nora and her wolf were the first to step into the light the door was emitting which they disappeared the instant their foot made contact with the light.
Rayd was left mouth opened, he taught he was the one who opened the door, why are they the ones entering before him.
Rayd shook his head and follow suit disappearing into the light, the door closed immediately after they entered living a small blue ball of light behind.
