We were talking about Incaendio, an old story that only a few people knew; a business that can make you rich even just having a little piece of it.
Incaendio was the name of the rarest mineral Borat stone in this world and was included in a type of precious stone. First founded in Myanmar, its existence has attracted much attention since then because of its scarcity and beauty.
Incaendio came from 'Incaendium,' which means fire or arson in Latin. Named like that, Incaendio was a unique stone that would look like burning embers when illuminated by a flashlight or other light. And if the stone were split and processed, it would be seen like a fire that burns inside. That was why the gemstone was called Incaendio.
And because of the scarcity, the gemstone became very expensive. There were only 3 Incaendio in this world, and one of them is the reason why Halley founded Raven Hill.
When he was a teen, he used to hear about a rare gemstone called Incaendio. Halley felt attracted, so he searched for much information about Incaendio and found out that it was an extraordinary gemstone with only three in the world, and one of them was very close to Halley. Why so? Because first time Halley heard about Incaendio was in his childhood house, in the house's sitting room. His family was one of the owners of Incaendio.
Halley felt like he fell in love the first time he knew about Incaendio, not only because of the beauty but the 'power' that the gemstone had. You could say that a few people would do anything or would pay whatever the price was just for Incaendio, and it would be made the owner hold power to control the people who fight over the stone.
Of course, Halley thought that way, and then somehow, Incaendio became an obsession for Halley.
Halley had seen Incaendio before; he had been so close that he could steal it whenever. But the following day, he knew that the gemstone was already transferred to another hand. It still made him angry until this time. That was why he never forgives the people who separate him from his lovely Incaendio. Halley was always looking for information about where his Incaendio was, and then he knew that the gemstone was in another wealthy family; one of the most famous families in America.
Due to the underground movement, Halley with Octo tried to find where the gemstone was and wanted to steal it. Halley had planned an escape before because he knew his decision to have the gemstone was a big thing with considerable risk too. But in the middle of the search, Halley just found out that the gemstone was used as an investment by his family for unknown research by the scientists.
Halley realized that there was something suspicious. His suspicion was reinforced by the fact that he found that the transfer of the gem was not certificated, which meant the action was illegal. The public, of course, only knew that the gemstone was still somewhere in the Halley family's custody without knowing that actually the gem was already transferred.
It made Halley more curious about the transfer of the gemstone until Halley finally uncovered something that he shouldn't open. Halley was going too far; he knew a new fact—a hidden fact about the gemstone and the research.
Halley thought that he had just found something big, something fundamental. Such an essential thing until his mother said she could kill him anytime if the information spread to the public. Halley didn't think that it was fun anymore. Something he knew turned out to be that important, so that time, he asked his mother.
"Who is the family who carries the Incaendio?"
His mother refused to answer and told him the things he already knew were enough. She told Halley to stop, but she made Halley furious, and what happened next was.
Halley killed his whole family.
The riot started. The youngest child of a famous child killed his whole family and ruined his family's name. The case turned into big news then. So what was the matter? Halley was arrested for a while because he was just a minor then, but the search for Incaendio continues.
After five years of imprisonment, Halley was finally free and continued the search. He knew that searching for something buried would be impossible to do on the surface, so he dived into the deep and deeper, a new world he had never explored before.
And then Raven Hill was born.
At first, Raven Hill was formed as a little organization that only works in search of the lost Incaendio. However, the more Halley knew about 'the underworld,' the more he wanted to take some power and glory. The only way to get them all within' moving once was to become a mafia and build a mafia organization.
Halley was told all of his stooges to search Incaendio while they do their job as a part of the mafia organization, but five years had passed since the first time Raven Hill was founded, and Halley still hadn't found where the gemstone was.
It was frustrating. Halley had the power and the glory he wanted, but Incaendio was still the one he wanted the most. But that family covered anything about Incaendio from his family very closely. Halley could barely find any information about his Incaendio even though he was already done such a big thing and gone so far.
But Halley couldn't back down and give up, so he continued to search about his Incaendio, and finally, he found the bright spot of his long struggle.
Halley finally knew the name of the family who carried his Incaendio.
They were one of the famous family as Halley had known before. They were a scientific family whom many people respected.
They were The Escall.
