"ARHH" Akame is in the medical tent roaring in pain. Shikuma Nara who is also at the Kage level had to hold her down with all his strength. The poison in her system has affected her body and can't be expelled through her regeneration.
"Tell me can you get the poison out of her system!?" Shikuma Nara is having a hell of a time trying to restrain Akame with Shadow Paralysis Jutsu.
"Sir! Her anatomy is different from a human's! She is like a completely different species! The only thing we can do is do this the very painful way which is to cut her open and control some water with medicinal herbs to soak up the poison in her system!"
"FOR FUCKS SAKE JUST DO IT I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Akame roars.
The medical ninja's cut her open and had to have someone hold the incisions open so they don't heal themselves through regeneration. Another two medical Shinobi prepare the water full of medicinal herbs and they make it enter her organs and the rest of her body and forcefully extract the poison causing Akame to give demonic roars and growls.
(A.N: It's what Sakura did to Kankuro in Shippuden but during this time in the first great Shinobi war it's not as advanced because they have to cut open the patient to extract the poison... I made it this way in my fanfic deal with it lol)
"SHIT! GET CHOZU! I CAN'T HOLD HER ANY LONGER!" Shikuma does his best to restrain Akame. One of the Medical Ninjas runs out of the tent and gets Chozu and two other Kage-level Shinobi just in case.
"HOLD HER DOWN NOW!" Shikuma yells and the three Kage-level Shinobi forcefully hold her down by her legs arms neck while Shikuma stops using his jutsu and pushes her down by the shoulders. Akame's roars reach a part of the battlefield making the Konoha Shinobi fight harder as her pained roars enraged them and their combat power soared.
"FOR AKAME" "FOR THE SWORD GODDESS" "YOU WILL ALL DIE FOR WHAT YOU DID!" the Elite Jonin Shinobi gang up on all the enemy Shinobi causing a massacre.
Akame's reputation in the village is almost as great as Hashirama's due to her merits but mostly for enriching their lives and how she makes sure all the orphanages are running perfectly. Akame's company has made their lives better. She has brought a lot of modern knowledge to her village and now everyone treats her as an Angel. Of course, these Konoha Shinobi would be furious after Suna used the Grave Water... They are royally pissed off.
It took three hours to get all of the poison out... It was much harder to get rid of the Grave Water poison than other poisons that Suna uses. Akame's incisions seal themselves up leaving no scars she closes her eyes to rest.
"Whew... She is really strong... I never thought her body could explode with such power... Sure she has a lean Six pack and has defined muscles but I never thought she was so strong that we all needed to hold her down even Chozu was finding it difficult even with his expansion jutsu..." Shikuma falls to the ground on his rear in exhaustion. Akame's muscles are 10x denser than any human's and can exert more power than humans even if they are Shinobi. It took all they had to just restrain Akame. It was also very difficult to cut her open due to the muscle density.
Not all demons have this kind of muscle density though. Akame's demonic Lineage is the Demon Wolf and her blood is so pure that she has a human form instead of always being a giant demon wolf such as Ansel.
Akame can freely transform into a Demon Wolf the size of a two-story house or take on a human form. Some demons such as Oni, Orcs, Vampires, werewolves, Minotaurs, Ogres, and Even the fox demons specifically the males have extremely dense muscles but not as much as the previously mentioned species of demons.
The next day Akame wakes up fully recovered and her face turns into a sadistic one with eyes full of madness as what she is planning is exactly what Vlad the Impaler did to his enemies. She walks out with a cold face and enters the command tent.
"Shikuma... Get the army to retreat from Suna... I'm going to go all out! Don't worry about me this time... I will teleport the army to the borders of the land of fire... I will see you later Shikuma..." Akame uses over 40 hand seals and teleports all Konoha Shinobi to the borderline.
Akame uses perfect Susanoo as protection. She then makes thousands of Dark Spears of Destruction impale the Suna Army through their anus through their head perfectly replicating the feats of Vlad the Impaler. Akame goes to each village in the land of wind and annihilates all traces of human life in these villages.
"Fire-Style Majestic Destroyer Flame!" Akame destroys each village with this jutsu... While it is a B-Rank Jutsu... In her hands, it became a forbidden Jutsu just like dear old Grandpa. Akame is now in front of Sunagakure ready to turn it into ashes.
"AKAME! PLEASE STOP THIS! THESE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE ARE INNOCENT! IF YOU WANT TO KILL ANYONE KILL ME! I'M THE ONE THAT ORDERED MY MAN TO USE GRAVE WATER!" Shamon shouts and then Knowtows in subservience.
Akame makes her perfect Susanoo disappear and lands in front of Shamon.
"Why should I spare your village? It still has over a thousand Shinobi... I plan to destroy the land of wind... Give me a reason to spare Sunagakure..." Akame gently lifts his head by the chin. Normally this action would seem seductive but in Shamon's eyes it is the caress of the devil and when he looked into her eyes all he saw was... Darkness... He could describe her eyes with many words but Darkness seems to be the most fitting word.
Chiyo and Ebizo run and then Knowtow to Akame.
"Please spare our village... We will serve you... NO! We will serve Konoha! We will today be a part of the land of fire! Please spare our poor village!" Ebizo yells this with obvious desperation.
"You will serve me?" Akame says this with a light voice bordering on being a whisper... She tilts her head in a sign of thinking. Akame starts to think about what she can do with Sunagakure and the land of wind as her territory.
She could change the entire country by releasing Miasma the land of wind would want for nothing even food or water would be around in abundance... Akame holds her left temple in pain because her human side is fighting against her demonic side... So far her demonic side has been guiding her actions this whole month and now the human side is pushing back as if telling her to spare Sunagakure...
