Kai went on his knees as Matthias stabbed him from behind. Doris came into Kai's thought. Kai's heart weighed him down the moment he remembered her. No! He can't die like this without telling her a final goodbye. He has always wronged her since the day they got married. He couldn't just leave her like that.
"Doris?" Kai said lowly and then he coughed out blood. The pain he was feeling wasn't that of his abdomen but they fact that he was leaving this world early, leaving his family alone.
His eyes squinted around searching for Leon. His eyes was fixed on the guy drenched with blood, he was almost good as dead. Kai smiled sadly...."What a pathetic Prince I am" He said with disgust.
"Hail, Your Future King Matthias" Matthias said raucously. Lincoln's eyes were filled with fury as he glared at Matthias.
"Let's behead him.....he won't die so soon. He is really a monster" Lincoln suggested, neglecting Matthais self exaltation.
"Not so soon, Brother. I have a question to ask him" Matthias moved closer to Kai.
"Where's your wife? I can have her once you her dead. I need your blessings because I'm gonna make her mine. She's going to bare many children for me. We will live a happy life ....so tell me where she is and surrender your blessings" Matthais growled.
"You will never find and and I'm never giving her to you" Kai managed to say. He was dumbfounded when he heard Matthias spoke about many children. He had never thought about future plans with her. He only cared about her while neglecting her some times. He has truly wronged her. He wanted to apologize before he leaves but he can't.
"Where is she?" Matthias pointed his sword at Kai's head, ready to behead him.
"C'mon! Do it" Kai said in an un unbothered tone. Matthais raised his sword ready to behead Kai when a soft voice was head. Matthias and Kai's head turned to where the voice came from.
"Don't kill him" Doris said casually as she walked towards Matthais.
"My love, My appetite, My sugar. I've missed you." Matthias threw his sword away as he ran gave Doris a tight hug. Her soft cupcakes was pressed against his chest. Doris used her kneel to kick straight in the dick and the happy Matthias fell on the flooring, whimpering in pain. Doris quickly ran to Kai.
"Kai?" Doris called out as she saw Kai's body was filled blood.
"What are you doing here? Matthias will take you away" He said with jealousy and Doris smiled.
"No one is taking me away from you. We will be together until the end. I'm not going anywhere with another man" Doris reassured him. She made Kai rest his head on her lap.
"It's strange. You love me really to well and I've been nothing but a useless and annoying husband to you." Kai pouted and then he coughed out blood again.
"What's taking me long to die anyway?" Kai said in a regretful and sad tone.
"You won't die, Kai. We all need you to be alive. Your Mom, Me , Gideon, Lucas and Leon" Doris said almost yelling. She grabbed Kai's sword and slit and her palm.
"W..wh.what...are you doing?" Kai said weakly. He barely talked. Doris didn't reply his question .
"Open your mouth" Doris ordered. Kai obeyed because he was really starving for blood.
Kai's red eyes changed its colour to complete back as he groaned stridently. He felt a sharp pain in his stomach and he rolled on the floor to and fro. He was unrecognizable. Double fangs appeared in his mouth and his claws were black and very long. Matthais immediately yanked Doris so that he could escape but a large palm surrounded his neck. Kai strangled his neck and then his second hand was dugged into Matthias chest bringing out his heart. Matthais fell dead. Doris exclaimed as she saw Kai. Terror pounded in her heart. This was another complete version of Kai. Doris kept her distance from him as he strenuously stare into her eyeball. Kai smirked staring at her reaction. He attacked Lincoln. Doris grabbed Matthias sword from the floor. Doris eye searched around and she saw Leon fighting. He was unrecognizable. He was walking dead, he barely kept his balance. Leon fell on the floor flatly giving up on the war.
"I'm gonna die anyway...just kill me and protect His Highness" Leon whispered to himself like a silent prayer. His eyes stare at his enemy waiting for him to pierce the dagger through him but suddenly the man was lying dead on the floor.
His eyes were fixed at Her Highness, who was standing in front of him. Leon wanted to do an act of bow but Doris was faster, she made him lay down on her lap.
"Your Highness" Leon uttered
"Sshhh.... Don't talk or say anything. You will be fine" Doris said certainly. She assured him that would be alright. Leon nodded and shut his eyes closed. Doris smiled.
"You foolish bastard, what did that wife of yours give you?" Lincoln yelled in frustration. The word wife echoed in his ear. Kai roared and lightening thundered. The sky became dark and scary. Lincoln leapt into the forest to save his life. Kai's eyes turned from pitched black back to it's ocean blue color. Kai regained his senses.
Kai's head turned towards Doris and Leon. He threw his sword away and leapt to them.
"Doris?" Kai's bloody hands cupped her soft cheek as his eyes were fixed into her purple eye ball.
"Don't touch me with your bloody hands. Leon is dying" Doris pushed his hand away from her as she frowned towards him.
Kai instantly obeyed her, he carried Leon on his back. The trio went to on a horse to Melissa's house.
The houses in the kingdom was destroyed but Melissa's house which was in the capital was till intact. After 25 minute, Kai and Doris reached Melissa's house on their different horses. Kai immediately hopped down and took Leon inside the house.
