"Haha, is that all you are capable of?!"

Madly laughed a man while asking provocatively. He stood on a field, riddled with countless corpses of all kinds of monsters. Highly acidic blood of his foes dripped down from his long sword. Which took the life's of countless living being.

"I thought, the famous monsters of the abyss are going to give me a good fight!"

The man looked disappointedly at the horde of monsters flooding out from a crack in the space.

The crack was dark and endless like the outer space. And if you stare into it, you could feel the stare of millions on you. Like the saying, if you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back at you.

"Sigh, I should finish this up quickly!"

He sighed and casually waved his sword.

Even though he only put a little strength in his move, the big horde of monsters got annihilated instantly by the pressure of the sword. The crack which leads to the abyss got cut in half and slowly dissipated into black particles.

The aftermath of the strike was horrifying. The clouds and the earth split into two starting from the man, creating a deep endless canyon.

But he couldn't finish his sentence.

He suddenly got stabbed by a sword from behind.

"Why?"

The man looked down at the blade in his chest in disbelief, not understanding whats happening.

But he didn't got an answer. He only got stabbed by another sword into the stomach. But it wasn't the end.

He got stabbed again.

He in total got stabbed by five sword, all in vital points of his body. He was already at the death door but he still tried persist and heal his heavy wounds with his insane vitality.

"Haha, finally this old bastard going to die!"

A male voice snickered with delight. Hearing the voice the man's eyes widened a little but he still concentrated on surviving.

"Master you should give up, we poisoned our swords with a poison that even you can't survive!"

A second sweet feminine voice sounded.

"Why did all of you betrayed me?!"

The man started to tear up from the pain and grief.

"Of course because you were too strong and got in our way of getting stronger!"

A third male voice said like he is stating the obvious."

"But I took you in, took care of you, I taught you. You were like a sons and daughters to me!"

He particularly shouted at the end, trying to process the sudden betrayer.

"Hehe, we are all thank you for your service! But you don't have any use left."

The fourth female voice said to him.

"So please die already!"

Said the fifth and the last man, while kicking him in the chest.

*Caugh*

The men coughed up golden blood after the kick.

He looked down at his badly beaten body riddled with swords. Then he looked at the five people that he considered his family before.

"Hahahahahaha!"

And he started to madly laugh like an insane man.

"Is he gone mad?"

One of them out of the five asked little bit worried. Even though the man was on thae verge of death, they were still scared of him. Since they know it well, that if he somehow escape alive, they will not survive.

"Hahaha you think I will let you kill me without consequences?!"

He shouted madly while his vein in his body started to glow brighter and brighter until his whole bod started to glow brightly.

"Stop this bastard, he want to blow us up!"

One of the more knowledgeable female shouted in panic. But she really didn't have to, because the fastest one was already running towards the man with a sword in hand.

"I should have listened to you."

The man said with melancholy. And before they could do anything he detonated himself.

With a bright light and loud sound, everything got decimated in a radius of a few kilometer. And creating a crater more than a kilometer deep.
