Trying to concentrate upon the repairing of the engine, Humayun lying down below a car, is feeling disheartened and incomplete and comes down to a realization that he is missing Sara. He slides out and scrutinizes the whole shop, expecting her playfully hidden presence as she usually does. He stands up with a deep sigh, puts all his tools aside and cleans his hands with a handkerchief. He sits on the chair, glancing at his phone lying dead on a table, and seems to be tired and grieved. Then stares at the entrance way multiple times every time with the hope of her blissful arrival but finds nobody except a few customers and worker boys. Glancing at his wrist watch, he says to himself,
"It is just 6:00.p.m. but today, the day feels too long."
Catching the sight of his weary face, passing by the way with a pen and a diary in his hand, Mr. Niaz Bukhsh says to Humayun,
"Hey! Are you still missing her? She usually arrives at midnight. Don't worry son!"
After he has gone, Humayun says to himself in a low voice with a deeper sigh,
"What if she would not come tonight too?"
After staring at his own phone for a minute, he picks it up and turns on, opens her chat with the intention to text her for the first time. Peering at the blank chat with no conversations, he thinks a couple of times about implementing the decision he just took and finally leaves a short text before putting back his phone on the wooden table.
"Wanna meet you at the sea-shore, tonight!"
