Edric attacked the chaos being without giving it a chance to react, bending space itself around it and compressing mass around it to crush it.
But the being used its overwhelming essence to protect itself, creating a star sized barrier around it that could protect it from Edric.
But Edric continued to attack nonetheless. Starting to once more compress his massive body around the barrier, slowly but surely cracks started to appear around the barrier.
Edric looked at the being and found that it was starting to get ready to attack.
Edric quickly ripped space and caused an explosion inside the barrier that nearly disintegrated the being.
The being floated in the void, nearly dead for a fraction of a second but then it quickly started to form a new body using essence.
Edric decided that being smaller would be beneficial so he decreased his size until he was around the size of Jupiter and then punched the barrier with all his strength, causing the barrier to bend in an unnatural way and creating a hole in it through which Edric got close to the being.
The being seemed to be angry and started forming attacks with essence.
Edric found himself surrounded by millions of planet sized bullets of pure essence, and I response to that he started bending space, deflecting most of the attacks.
Some attacks reached Edric but he was able to survive easily and regenerate.
When he reached the being, he started crushing it in his fingertips while starting to emit huge amounts of radiation and heat.
In retaliation, the being started to increase its essence output and started to put up a fight against Edric.
And while this was happening, the dimension started to fall apart.

Inside of the eternal void, the fight continued during what may seem like days, but in reality were only a few hours. Time in which the chaos being grew severely stronger.
But it was, nevertheless, getting overwhelmed by Edric, who also grew severely stronger as well.
The center of the battle was becoming more and more intense, and as Edric grew stronger he started to relax and take easy his opponent, until he once again reached the size of a human.
This was not a mistake, but an objective decision that Edric made after great calculations, no matter how he thought, he couldn't see himself losing against the chaos seed.
And after completely surpassing the being Edric started absorbing its essence.
He slowly but surely started weakening it until Edric could easily kill the being.
Edric then absorbed all of the beings essence, reaching 1X in essence capacity.
Edric then looked at the being, grabbed its jaw and pulled. Ripping it off the chaos being.
The chaos being was still alive.
Edric stabbed his arm in the torso of the being and then he slashed upwards, cutting the being in half.
Even then, the thing didn't stop moving, so after stepping in its head Edric "absorbed" the being.
It had an awful taste.
//Activating emotions//
Edric was about to open a hole in the dimensions to go back to his group when something unexpected happened.
The essence he had absorbed from the chaos being turned into something else, and then it caused a massive explosion of unseen proportions.
All of the dimension started falling apart, being unable to withstand the pressure and forming pathways between countless dimensions.
Edric lost control over the new energy he had and started trying to control it.
Edric got hit by the explosion before he could fully gain control over the energy,and his essence became the same as before in the process.
Inside of the explosion, Edric saw "something" beyond dimensions, something that existed somewhat else.
Edric suppressed the energy and stopped the explosion.
He was left with a sense of intrigue, but then he finally decided to go to his group.

A being opened its eyes, followed by hundreds of different ones.
The beings looked at all of existance and found that there was something out of the ordinary.
The. beings looked at each other, communicating without words and then they seemed to have reached an agreement.
One of the beings stood up and started moving towards somewhere.
