Tekos looked up when he heard Hades' office door swing open. He was surprised to see that only the lawyer walked out of it, and not Persephone or Hades.
The thought of the two of them being behind closed doors alone made Tekos a little uneasy. That sly god had clearly already gotten to Persephone, prying on her naivety to get what he wanted.
Tekos looked at Thanatos and sighed in relief when he saw the god watching something on his phone with his earphones plugged in. With the right timing, Tekos could slip into the office, and catch Hades in the act.
Slowly, the satyr shifted from one chair to another, until he reached to chair closest to Hades' door. He looked back at Thanatos, and the god was still preoccupied with his cellphone.
Inside the office, Hades still had Persephone in his arms as they scrolled through the menu of Kronos Fried Chicken.
