Eva heard the quick footsteps so she looked back to see who it was. "Morning." she stood up and greeted him but he didn't have any intention of slowing down.
John was still jogging towards her with an unreadable expression. He hugged her tightly and buried his head in between her neck and shoulder. His breathing was in and out quickly and his heart was beating so fast.
All he wanted to do was to find her immediately. He didn't want to lose sight of her or not know where she is or what she was doing.
"Don't go anywhere without letting me know. Don't take off the bracelet. Don't leave me." He spoke to her as he encased her in a warm embrace.
"Can't...breath...So...tight..." she tapped his shoulder repeatedly which made him release her. She pushed him away and gasped for breath. Guilt and pain flashed across his eyes but she didn't care.
