After waiting for a few minutes, Eva was called to the interrogation room. She was supposed to be questioned the next day, but he wanted her to rest and not be disturbed.
"Are you okay?" the female police officer in charge of questioning asked her. "You're a real mess," she joked, making Eva shrug her shoulders.
"I don't like this either. I just want to live in peace and stability, but troubles always come to my door."

The officer turned on her laptop and recording equipment. Another officer sat in a corner watching them.
