John looked at his watch and saw that Eva had slept for more than two hours, he sorted out the papers as fast as he could, closed the laptop, and went back to their room.
He opened the door slowly and found her sleeping on their bed, he kissed her face as he called her name, "Eva is awake."
"Still sleepy," she muttered, slipping under the blanket, covering her body, "Honey, you didn't eat lunch, and the baby is hungry."
The words worked well for her, and she struggled to open her eyes, how long have I slept? "Two hours and a few minutes." He pulled her up and let her sit on the bed, "Come on, you need something to eat."
