(A/N: just a reminder that the items odins sells are from a parallel world and have different history any stuff from wh40k will be kept the same but store stuff are entirely different. Like the lion claws which are similar to the lightning claw but their lore is different while power claws are a type of power weapon used by space marines lion claws are ritual weapons used by a tribe of martial artists that live on triton and look more like Wolverines claws than anything else.)
"Why couldn't the earth just be normal at least I know what I'm getting myself into with the 40k universe but now the earth has fucking cultivators I guess it's time I leave I rather stay in the 40k world and use the lore that's available then stay on earth and deal with a God or some secret family." Odin said as he sat on his bed.
"I can't blame you for that the cultivator stuff in novels is actually much tamer than real life like seriously while in novels it takes hundreds of years to reach the nascent soul in real life if you have mid-level talent it takes 5 years to become a true immortal able to destroy the universe and those people are still not strong." the guardian said.
"Did the prime earth deal with that bullshit?" Odin asked.
"Yup, in the 47th millennia and they nearly lost if a harlequin didn't help them."
"Harlequin, you mean the Eldar also exists in the prime universe?"
"Oh, no the harlequin is a military group of the firstborn as you can guess by the name they are the first civilization to come into being the harlequins can easily shatter worlds and even universes with their mere words so you can tell how strong they are." the guardian explained.
"After that war with the immortals humanity took their knowledge and added it to their own mystical studies by the end humanity had added all mystic arts into one form of study allowing even people with no talent to learn it and use every ability." the guardian said.
"Right now you only have four and you still need a lot more if you have the chance try studying psykers maybe you can learn magic but don't try to use their own warp magic while you are Odin your mind can still be corrupted by the harmonic balance of the warp."
"Don't you mean distorted chaos?"
"No, to you it looks like chaos, but the warp isn't actual chaos. Here, let me show you chaos." the guardian said as the bedroom turned to nothing.
It seemed as if Odin's senses had been cut off as he sensed pure nothingness. The feeling seemed to be driving him towards insanity as he stayed in this realm. Soon, the room returned to normal, and Odin felt rejuvenated.
"Chaos is the infinite end of all the last thoughts the last acts of all creation it is the silence that drives even the insane toward true insanity balance is the opposite it is all thoughts and all acts screamed out at once a defending void of light that extinguishes all that can and will exist."
"If you wish to enter the warp without trouble, I recommend learning a bit of both chaos and balance or at least make an artifact but it will take a long while to learn such things as chaos and balance are near the top of the Truths to learn them you must learn everything below them." the guardian said as he faded.
"So that is what chaos is. It made my soul tremble in fear." Mordred said as she looked at her hands.
"You have a soul?" Odin asked in confusion.
"Yes, all A.I's are made to be able to create a soul this gives us more power equal to that of altering reality like the creator I developed mine in the 69th millennia as far as I know though I'm the only one." Mordred said.
'Apocalypse and I have one but the sad thing is after we were detonated inside the spear we lost our connection to the code of reality but at least we still have our soul!' salvation said.
"Then does that mean you can alter reality, Mordred?" Odin asked.
"No, they are a complete soul. I am only a quarter but compared to the other androids, I am much stronger. The only thing that could stop me would be a starship's A.I or an ancient God." Mordred said.
"To be honest, I don't know how strong those are, but I believe you."
"Oh, I can destroy a quarter of this universe with a mere punch if that helps you understand." Mordred said as she turned around and fell asleep.
'Why am I doing this when I can have Mordred do my job?'
'I have always asked myself that but trust me in the end it's us that have to fix all the problems get used to immense disappointment because that's the only constant we have oh and death." the guardian spoke telepathically.
"Great, well Mordred, once you have the money, place it in the store. I'll be in the other universe and probably won't return because I don't want to deal with any bs immortal crap." Odin said as he entered the store and returned to the ship.
'You know if you want more money you should start selling, did you forget you have a store?' the guardian asked.
'I didn't, but I have an idea.'
'Oh?'
"One person doesn't have as much money as a country so why not sell to the government but after that event I might need to reform it while I'm not sure if it was the government because I'm not sure if the secret organization is tied with them it is most likely the case." Odin said.
'I can see some fault with it mostly time-related but then again it can pay off mostly with the data shards as they are a form of idle money making.' the guardian said.
'Yup, let's go slowly and reap all the rewards!' Odin said.
As the two talked mentally, Fyr walked up behind Odin and tapped on his shoulder.
"Odin, what did you do?" Fyr said seriously.
"What do you mean?" Odin asked.
"You started a war with the empire is what I mean!" Fyr yelled.
"Wait what!" Odin said as he ran to the command room.
"Alpha, what happened?" Odin said as he jacked in.
{18 hours ago 5 squadrons tried to attack the ship I counterattacked and eliminated the aircrafts I used the ship's speakers to tell the city I meant no harm but I would defend myself and 5 hours ago more military vehicles arrived and set up a base 100km from us.}
"I wanna ask if this world is stupid but then again I did just barge into their world and sent an EMP attack when my drive disengaged so it's my fault but why the fuck did they attack what they assume is an alien ship that has what seems to be teleportation abilities and is also the size of Singapore?" Odin said as he looked at the map of the city in real time.
"Oh yeah, so is the secret org a part of the government or what?"
{yes}
"Fuck!" Odin yelled.
"Also, how did they find me I teleport around so it would be hard to find me?"
{they used satellite imaging also when you teleport you release a small radiance that can be seen by infrared please switch to stealth port}
"I am a dumbass, but at least I know now and I can fix it." Odin said as he closed his eyes and rested.
Odin opened his eyes and smiled. In his view, he saw that Sabriel was calling him. He accepted the call and saw many people behind him.
"It seems you are in quite a predicament?" Sabriel said.
"I didn't even mean it. If I wanted a war, I wouldn't just sit like a duck and do nothing." Odin said with a grimace.
"So what's your answer?" Odin said as he switched the topic.
"Well, we don't have much of a choice. The military attacked us yesterday, and we had to move so we will join you if you can save us." Sabriel said.
"Well, I had a part in it, so I got to clean up my mess. Send me your coordinates and I'll pick you guys up." Odin said as he got up.
On Sabriel's side, his tablet screen popped up with a share location button. He pressed it and before he realized it, Odin appeared.
"Guaranteed delivery in 10 milliseconds or less. If not, it's free." Odin joked as he made a pathway to the store and let the people enter.
Making another pathway to the ship, the people finally made it to the Nova Aurora. Odin had Alpha guide them while he returned to the command room and called the group.
Odin explained what happened while they slept and while he was gone. The entire group looked nervous, and it wasn't their fault anyone would be when dragged into a war they had no say in.
"While I can tell you guys are nervous, there's no point, as it's too late, so we only have a few moves." Odin said as he looked at them.
"We have three paths the first is we just annihilate them while the weapons aren't fully done it's no problem for me to conquer the planet by force but I don't really want to fuck up my cash flow the second one is we leave and return later when we have enough chips to have an armistice and the final one is to surrender and probably die so what do you guys think?" Odin started plotting their plans.
The group stayed silent before Greg spoke.
"I think it's obvious let's retreat you already got who you needed. We can return later. It's best if we don't unnecessarily kill people."
"Any other opinions?" Odin asked.
Everyone else stayed silent, and Odin nodded.
"I'm sorry I dragged you into this." Odin said as he activated the warp drive.
Spacetime distorted around the ship, Odin did not know, but country-level ships or ships with lengths between 10km to 1,000km could not enter or exist on planets using warp drive because they launched EMP shockwaves. So once the ship fully activated and left, a huge Shockwave spread out and the military outpost 100km away was sent to the dark ages.
After 54 seconds the group arrived at the ore planet Odin had been mining on before. (just a reminder anyone inside the ship experiences time, but for everyone else, they travel instantly)
'Alpha have the robots make 56 space suits actually scratch that make power armor but focus more on life support.' Odin ordered the ship before he unplugged his connection and left for the lab.
{may I ask would you like the power armor from the Mk.11 blueprint or would you like me to make it a downgraded MK.10 scout armor like yours?}
"What would be more viable?" Odin asked as he walked down the hallway.
{Mk.11 cost fewer materials because of its more primitive construction. No offense meant it is just that Mk.10 is made using nanites while the MK.11 is made off using a solid construct base}
"Well, do the least expensive one in the end. We need to mass produce them for my future space marine legion." Odin said.
{also Sabriel wishes to speak with you}
"Send him to my lab." Odin said as he entered the lab.
"I hope nothing is wrong with his gene-seed. If it is, then it's going to be a pain in the ass to salvage it." Odin muttered as he sat down in the lab and got his medical equipment ready.
Five minutes later, Sabriel arrived. Odin sat him done and conducted many tests on Sabriel as they talked.
"Sabriel you really don't know how much this means to me. I promise to take well care of you and your people." Odin said cheerfully as he took blood samples.
"Now that I have all samples, I have to check your Progenoid Gland and I will also have to look at your organs, but don't worry, I have a way to do it without harming you." Odin said as he took out a flat device that looked like a piece of paper.
He placed it on Sabriel's chest and a hologram appeared above, showing the inside of his body. Odin checked the structure of each organ and noticed that Sabriel was not a firstborn space marine but a Primaris.
This was better as the Primaris had something to help him with his future primarchs that was it had a half of the God-maker gland that the primarchs had.
Of course, Odin could not fully create a primarch yet, as they differed completely from space marines. From what Odin knew, they had the God-maker gland in their brain. They had a third lung and a second heart, and they might not have a liver.
(s/n: if anyone has any info on primarch organs send them plz there is like nothing about them but then again the gene seed came from the primarchs so they at least have those organs in some form and even more as the primaris have shown.)
Odin reached toward his table and picked up a syringe.
"Ok, I'm going to put you to sleep while I study the structure of your organs. Is that alright?" Odin said as he held the syringe near Sabriel's neck.
"For how long?" Sabriel asked calmly.
"At most 8 hours." Odin said as he made an estimate.
"Ok go ahead." Sabriel said as he closed his eyes.
"Good thing I have these guys to keep you knocked out, considering you're immune to most poisons." Odin said as he injected the syringe into Sabriel.
The syringe was one of the medicine items he had gotten long ago from a level 2 draw. The military medics mostly used it to quickly knock out injured soldiers. The syringe had a swarm of nanites that entered the brain and kept the person in a coma.
What was good about this syringe was that it was near instant. It could also be controlled, allowing the medic to wake the person up at any time instead of having to wait. It would also lay dormant after use so that a medic wouldn't need to go through putting him to sleep again and could quickly get the person fixed before sending him off again.
Above the two, many mechanical arms came down holding medical items. The arms placed the items needed for the vivisection. Odin looked at the monitor and then started the operation. The arms moved quickly and smoothly. Sabriel's body was much stronger than a normal man, so the arms used stronger equipment to open him up.
One problem quickly encountered was from the black carapace, as Odin didn't want to damage it so he could study it he had to flay Sabriel's skin. He also had to deal with Sabriel's fast healing caused by his Larraman's organ.
Soon Sabriels's skin was pulled away, revealing the black carapace in its entirety. Odin quickly took samples and recorded the fiber structure of the artificial organ before going deeper.
The second problem came from his Ossmodula organ. The organ's function was to secrete a specially engineered form of Human growth hormone. When the effects of this hormone are combined with a diet laced with microscopic ceramic-based minerals, they act to synthesize the rapid growth of an Astartes' skeletomuscular system which results in an Astartes' superhuman strength and massive size compared to a baseline Human male. (from the wiki).
This led to the ribs joining and forming a bulletproof plate, which made it hard for Odin to cut into. He still took samples, and a scan of the structure of the new rib. He was curious if the bone was different or if it was just denser.
After this, the problems stopped. He didn't need to bother with any bleed out, and even then he had already made a few blood bags for this case. He already knew Sabriel had the same blood type as him and even if he didn't, he could give him his own blood, as Odin was type O negative.
Odin studied the gene seed that resided in his chest carefully, as he wasn't fully sure of how to remove it. For now, Odin wouldn't remove the two gene seeds once he was ready to make the space marines. He would take them out and work with them.
