Blake asked Chris that question. He knows that only Divine-Progenitors can master sequence particles to such degree that Chris had plus, it was shocking that Chris could reach such a level, while Blake is merely struggling within the Saint's-devastation realm.
In fact, getting on that realm was due to the power of timestop...
