"BY THE TIME"
In the darkness of the night a shadow was moving fast towards a banyan tree away from village. When he reached under the banyan tree, he looked around, but there was no one in the distance. His eyes were shining like a leopard even in the black veil. Then he removed black shawl from his attractive face and blew the whistle in a special way. As he watched , four more shadows appeared,. Jaamo jumped from the tree and jeero appeared from bushes because he was a fatty so he didn't like to jump. Feeko appeared from a nearby mound, while sheedo was hiding in a pit, he came out to see Shahu. They were all between the ages of 18,19,20 and 22. But the youngest was bright eyed sixteen years old Shahu, who blew the whistle. He was a master mind. Everyone worked on his plans without hesitation because everyone trusted his intelligence. All these five young men were forced to live below the poverty line.
Some were deprived of their fathers or mothers.Some had fights in their house all the Time and some had bad image.
All of them had one thing in common which is called poverty.
That is why everyone including Shahu was tired of the current state of their lives. They had all arrived under the Banyan tree to try their luck. One of them with bright eyes was confident of his success. It was his first step towards Power and Money.
Despite his young age, Shahu was the sole Master mind of a small Five-man gang.
They had only two pistols,one with Shahu and other with Sheedo. Jaamo had a rope while Feeko had a knife. While Jeeru's heavy hands were enough to hunt.
Apart Shahu,One thing was common in all four boys ,that was their appearance.
They had torn and old shoes,dirty clothes, yellow teeths and dusty hair.
But Shahu liked to keep himself clean.
As soon as Shahu reached there,
at first Sheedo bacame angry and asked to him: How long will we sit hand in hand?
we practiced alot now we must start our game!
Now Jeeru's voice was heard:
How long will we steal money only from our father's wallet?
Feeko also spoke in a strong tone:
Today we will rob!
Jaamo only he was remained silent,He said something like this:
There is no reward for our gathering here,our situation is as bad as ever!.
Shahu listened to everyone silently and fell silent.
All four looked at Shahu at the same time to see his response.
Earlier,Shahu spoke in a determined tone:
Your wait is Over now!!
Eyes of all four shine at the same time.
Shahu spoke moreover;
Listen to me carefully and do as I say!.
All four said ;Yessss!!! immediately.
Shahu said: and yes! Share in the wealth we've had before discussing plan.
which is obtained from robberies.
Then all five started digging near the root of banyan tree. After digging for five minutes,they pulled out a red bag. Shahu rolled his eyes to looked around. There was darkness and trees far away. Sounds of dogs and jackals were coming from far away. He was satisfied. He untied the knot in the bag. As the bag opened, everyone's eyes filled with greed.
The red bag contained tiny earrings,that must come out of the little girl's ear,or her tiny ear were pierced. There were some gold and silver bracelets that were stolen without women's knowledge. In addition,some valuable clothes, hundreds and thousands rupees were recovered.
Shahu gave everyone their share and he himself took an equal part so that no one would object to his justice.
But no one was aware of his injustice,when he was opening the bag ,he quickly hid a large gold ring in his hand.
After everyone took their share,they looked at Shahu.
Shahu didn't trust anyone but Jeeru seemed a little better. Shahu spoke to Jeeru,while handed over a few hundred and thousand notes of his wealth to Jeeru: I will go away from here after this robbery,You have to pay for my mother's food and medicines with this money.
If you did anything wrong,the outcome will be Worse!!!
Jeeru was Happy to win Shahu's confidence but he lost happiness at the threat.
Jeeru nodded in affirmation.
And then,
King of Night was ready to take his
first Revenge!!!!
For all four it was chance to make handsome amount of money but for King of Night it was step towards,
POWER , MONEY, REVENGE, SUCCESS
"Indeed mankind is in loss"
