Note from yours truly: Unfortunately, Opening Requiem will be taking an indefinite hiatus. This first part of a big project was just an opening to cement an identity for the story in my mind and get feedback, that’s why I started posting chapters. But now, I’ve realized this isn’t the best way to get my story across. And so the next time this gets updated will be once I’ve finished writing and editing.
