After we're done interviewing Caroline, Asfi and I decided to return to Mrs. Moro's Inn. However, before we go there, we went to a local bookstore to buy a novel for Tareth.
"Huh… seeing books this many is such a refreshing look," I said, walking down the novels aisle.
"Have you never been to a bookstore before, Zal?"
I switched to telepathy, "(Well, literatures in my previous life weren't in the form of books anymore. Even if there are, they would be rare. We mostly read from handheld devices, much like the that module you sent me.)"
"(I see. Technology in your world seems highly advanced.)"
"(Yeah, it was. Though, I wonder, that data you sent to my head back then, wasn't that quite advanced, being able to transfer like that?)"
