[Violet's POV]
"Should we be concerned?" I spoke quietly into Hunter's ear, as we watched his brother from a distance.
"That's the most normal he has acted in front of me." He shrugged, spinning around and walking back into the room.
"Ash, you need anything?" I called out, walking up to him.
The kid shook his head and continued to write something in his notebook, while lying on the cold floor.
"You do know there is a sofa right a few feet away from you? You will catch cold if you keep sitting on the floor."
He grinned, his eyes momentarily flicking towards the piece of furniture, "Yeah, I know, but I'll stick to the floor for now."
I rolled my eyes, before settling besides him, muttering underneath my breath, "..and I thought you were the sane brother." Peeking over his shoulder, I asked, "What are you doing?"
"Assignments." He sighed, then suddenly perked up, as if remembering something, turning to me, "Violet, I have a question."
