Meanwhile, Kiyohime was with Hinata. She has just sent her Shadow Clone to Konoha to make a show.
Hinata was sparring with a Shin Uchiha clone, her curse, ahem. Her Heavenly Mark was fueling her with immense power.
Hinata felt free from all tension, from all her worries. She was in the safe heaven of Kiyohime-sama, just like the Uchiha kids she had saved as well.
But, even with the heavenly power, she lost against her sparring partner, Gian.
She kept her Byakugan activated, watching Kiyohime-sama to see if she was disappointed.
But, she wasn't.
"My princess did better than the last time."
Kiyohime hugged her, and squished her cheeks.
"Alright. Let's go to bed for today."
Kiyohime led Hinata into her bedroom, and slept with her, letting Hinata hug her. She softly patted her head, singing a lullaby to her.
After Hinata had slept, a snake came into Kiyohime's bedroom with a scroll.
She casually read it, and smirked.
Orochimaru had attacked Konoha with Suna and Sound villages.
He has disguised himself as the Kazekage, and attacked Hiruzen.
But when he tried to use Edo Tensei to summon Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato, only Tobirama appeared.
Well, Minato is in the Shinigami's belly, and Hashirama is busy in creating houses, parks and giant wooden structures in her Empire.
She could not let her Grandpa be stored in the Shinigami's stomach afterall. As for Tobirama, he is a dangerous fellow in these types of things and can't be fooled easily, unlike her Grandpa.
Anyway, in the battle between Hiruzen and Orochimaru, Hiruzen obviously died, and Orochimaru was killed along with him, instead of just his hands.
A snake then swallowed his body. And well, it was her own snake.
She now has Orochimaru-sensei's body. Well, Sakura is up for a reward anyway. She has been whining about not having any special bloodline or even big chakra reserves.
She threw the scroll in the fireplace, burning the message of one of her spies in the village.
Well, things have gone as she planned. Orochimaru-sensei is of no use to her anymore, and she can now claim his hardwork for years.
And she will soon summon him as an Edo Tensei so that he can start researching on how to revive from the Edo Tensei state. Inevitably giving her all his research in that field as well.
As for Kabuto, she is curious about how he will grow. In the end, he is the main person behind the Fourth Ninja War.
Somebody needs to deal with him in the future to become a hero, right?
Kiyohime rubbed Hinata's soft hair as she planned her next move.
She will go to capture the moon with her army and Akatsuki in two years.
There are two ways she can go about it.
First is to beat up Toneri, get his cells, and transplant them into Hinata. Then after those cells have completely integrated with her, get her Hamura's chakra. That will awaken the Tenseigan.
But, it has a lot of risks. Mainly, her being not able to take over Hinata's body due to Tenseigan.
Second way is to take over Hinata beforehand, beat up Toneri, implant his cells, and get Hamura's chakra and awaken Tenseigan.
The problem with this? She might not get Hamura's chakra, and may have to wait for a long time like Madara to awaken Tenseigan.
It is weird how quickly Toneri awakened the Tenseigan though. Does this mean that if Naruto implants Sasuke's Sharingan, he will awaken the Rinnegan even without Hagoromo's chakra?
Or, since both Hyuga and the 'Otsutsuki' clan both have Byakugan, the formation of Hamura's chakra wouldn't take that long?
Maybe it took long for Madara to awaken the Rinnegan due to Indra and Asura's chakras clashing? Hamura's descendants didn't have such a clash probably.
Well, the second option seems safer.
It's better to take over Hinata beforehand.
Her army's strength is more or less equal to Akatsuki, so they wouldn't entertain certain thoughts.
Just in case, she has prepared Edo Tensei of Yahiko and Rin.
As Hinata was asleep peacefully, having consumed a drug, Kiyohime started making preparations.
She carried Hinata to a room, where she will perform the ritual for the next stage.
She lovingly put Hinata out of sleep, and Hinata groggily opened her eyes.
"My princess, do you want to become stronger? The power I gave you has a second stage."
Under the effects of the drug, Hinata's mind was foggy, and she readily agreed.
Kiyohime fed her the 'Mind Awakening Pill', and quickly sealed her inside a barrel to prevent her from actually dying.
Steam started coming out from the barrel, signifying that Hinata's body is under immense stress and gaining the characteristics of the Curse Mark.
While she waited for the process to complete, Konan materialised before her.
"I have taken over Orochimaru's bases, and got some valuable people. One is from the Hozuki clan, one is the original curse mark user, and one is from Kaguya clan, but he is suffering from some sort of bone illness."
"Tell that boy, Kimimaro to not loose hope. I will have my sister treat him, and revive Orochimaru-sensei in his body. So, he has to make sure to not loose hope."
"Understood. What to do about Kabuto?"
"Bring him to me sometime later. For now, tell him that he has the potential to surpass Orochimaru-sensei, and we will meet in three months. For now, he should focus on digging some graves."
"Understood."
Nodding, Konan left. She really is a woman of few words.
After almost a day, when I was in the middle of looking at the the Chimera technique that I stole from that pathetic guy whose name I forgot, the barrel finally stirred.
I put away the research for now, and opened the seal and the lid of the barrel.
And brought out Hinata by carrying her.
"Kiyohime-sama... I feel so powerful!"
She had an overwhelmed and happy expression.
Well, she is weak. Even with the curse mark, she wouldn't be even able to beat an experienced Chunin.
I will have to train myself after I get her body.
"Hinata, try activating your Heavenly Mark. And pushing it further."
First, black markings appeared over her body, and then, she started transforming.
Her body started turning scaly, her lips turned black, her hair turned completely black, her skin got darker.
Draconic wings erupted from her back, and she got horns.
I guess the Dragon Veins chakra that I used in Hinata's curse mark has an effect.
"So much power... so good..."
Well, curse mark isn't that powerful for powerful people like Sasuke in Shippuden. But for the weak Hinata, she must be feeling very high and like the world is beneath her.
I then put her under sleep, and implanted a Gelal Stone in her chest. The transformation became even more pronounced, and she was looking like a beautiful dragon girl.
I then used Sakon and Ukon's ability, and started merging a snake that carrier my consciousness to her spinal cord. To make sure that she doesn't entertain any thoughts of not completely surrendering herself to me.
When the process was complete, Hinata opened her eyes, and I patted her head.
"You did a good job, Hinata."
