I went into her room. I slowly open the door and walk into the room where Julie was peacefully sitting on the couch. She was unaware that I was there. Her eyes weren't blanking out, simply focusing on the dark corner, I noted. I drew myself slowly toward her, making no sound.
I said, "Julie, are-" in a shaky voice. Julie's words cut off my sentence before I could finish it.
She wasn't giving me a look. Her focus was fixated on the shadowy recess. She had a low voice. "Did you already know about this, Sofia?"
As I began to say, "I-I," my voice shook. Her aching voice caused my heart to literally break. My sentence couldn't be finished.
She then turned her head my way and said, "Sofia, you are causing me more anguish than Juffer." She had crimson eyes, and I could tell she was disgusted.
Because of the words, my heart has suddenly grown heavy, and I started wiping away tears. "Julie, Please... Listen to me," I said in a quiet voice. I-".
She growled, "Listen to you?," scowled, grinned, and then yelled, "You deceived me, Sofia." I cast a sorrowful glance her way right away.
"Julie, I'm sorry," I said as I sprinted over and grasped her hand. She cut me off mid-sentence.
My hand was pushed away, and she cried, "Sorry? You Apologize?; Please leave me alone for god's sake and I'm sorry to believe in you," she added : she joined her palms together and made the sound "Tap" in front of her head.
As I sit next to her, my eyes start to well up with tears, and I apologize while saying, "Please Julie listen to me, I genuinely sorry to you." She turned her head away from me. Her hands shook like mine did. I said, "I never imagined Juffer would act in such a manner."
"You know I wasn't that unhappy or irritated because of Juffer but more with you," she said with a heavy sigh. She turned to face me, pulled her hand away, and said, "I thought you were also acting nice and betraying my friendship emotions."
I murmured, "I'm sorry," while my tear kept falling. I turn my head to look at the table.
I feel something warm blotting away my tears on my cheeks, and when I looked up, I saw it was her hand. "That's okay; now stop apologizing to me; you've already apologized to me thousands of times," she said with a smile.
While my eyes were still weeping, I rushed to wrap my hand around her neck and give her a tight hug. I pushed back and wiped my tears away while giving her a nice smile and added, "I will never hurt you, and our relationship is more important than anything. And I will not let anyone else hurt you, not even Juffer."
She nodded her head while blinking her eyes.
After an hour*
I headed for the library, which was to the east of the mansion. No one is authorized to enter the Juffer's personal library, where it was located. I recall one of the caretakers walking in.
In the past
While Leo and I were setting up in the hallway, I overheard Juffer's voice yelling violently at someone from the library. We looked at each other before advancing quickly on the voice.
Juffer yelled once more, this time accompanied by the sound of breaking glass. I wondered who the hell you are, he said. Do you desire death?
As we approached the library's outside, we observed Juffer standing and Guzing lethally to his left. I moved closer and saw a female standing there with a short black skirt and a black shirt with high ponytail. She may be shaking with fear.
As we were waiting outside the room, I overheard Leo yelling, "Juffer clam down, She will die due to horror,"
Juffer moved toward her and said, "How dare you enter this room? " He didn't pay any heed to us or Leo's voice. "What do you think of yourself?", Her body then fell to the ground.
"Take this shit away from my vision and never let her enter the castle again," Juffer yelled while making the sign of the cross with his hands crossed.
It appears that she simply passed out from terror. Stupid girl.
Going Back
I was buried in contemplation and didn't realize I was going to enter the library. I was stopped before I could enter the room by a pair of hands. When I turned my head, Jackie appeared.
He was standing next to me and gave me a spooky smile while raising his brows. "Do you want to pass away at this young age of 700?" he questioned. "Why?"
I rolled my eyes and stepped toward the door. My wrist felt like it was being seized, which caused me to stop. When I turned my hand, Jackie was there.
I asked, "What," turning to face him with a dubious expression.
"Are you aware of what you're going to do?," he said as he released my hand. Entering in the library is to commit suicide."
I inhaled deeply and said softly, "I know and let me alone. I want to speak with Juffer discreetly."
Jackie took hold of my shoulder and said, "But it's very unsafe for you, and regarding Juffer, everyone knows that when he locks himself in the room, something major has happened and he must be out-of-control."
I extended my hand to the door and knocked twice before turning to face Jackie and raising my left brow in his direction. His facial expressions were indistinguishable as I mumbled, "I wasn't truly going to enter the room," as I dropped his hand and continued, "I was going to knock first then notify him to meet me at hall." Then he grinned at me and said, "Ohh! I-"
We are drawn in by the sound of a door being cracked. Both of us made a turn for the door. Then, we noticed Juffer standing there looking at us confusedly and suspiciously.
