She had given him five missed calls but that was not what surprised him. Seeing her in front of his house was a real shocker.
He wasn't in the mood to deal with whatever drama she had come with. It was always something with her. That was one of the reasons they had broken up. She was too much and not in a good way. But the main reason he broke up with her was because she was rude to Jessie.
He would never admit that but that was the truth.
Speaking of Jessie. She hadn't even tried to call to apologize. His phone was supposed to be filled with missed calls from Jessie and not Jasmine.
Jessie was supposed to be the one at his house trying to talk to him and not Jasmine. Did she really not value what they had? She did. Of course she did, right?
