The principal shook his head and turned to Jessie
"Mrs Miller I am very disappointed in you. I expect this kind of thing from Xavier but you are a model student. Breaking into a student's locker stealing property and destroying it. This doesn't sound like you"
She gulped nervously, her hands were shaking and sweaty. This was why she never broke the rules. She couldn't handle the confrontation or the consequences.
"I've called your parents" he said to Jessie
Then to Xavier he said
"I've called your uncle. We would discuss your punishment once they arrive"
Her parents? Shit! Now they would know that she had lied.
"What's gotten into you. This would go on your records and ruin your perfect record"
Her perfect record? Oh GOD what was she thinking. Her parents were going to be mad at her and her records were also going to suffer. The ground ought to open up and just swallow her at this point.
