The next day was Wednesday. The middle of the week, it was a favorite of many and a neutral day for some. But to Jessie, it was just a day. The day before had come with a lot of drama, Xaiden apologizing and asking for another chance. Her discovering she was falling for Xavier and Xavier setting her up to be asked out by Xaiden. It was all too much but the big issue that she was forced to be at the top because she didn't want to think about the lovey-dovey stuff was the fact that her dad expected her to study business. She had no bone in her body for business. It wasn't long that she had come to terms with the fact that she wanted to be a psychologist or a therapist.
Now she had to consider following the path of her father, just to make him happy. If she talked to him and told him what was on her mind, she was sure that even if he would be pained, he would never force her to study what she didn't want.
