Although the started to frequent visit each other at campus, they were just casual friends, like others, enjoying and sharing same environment, amongst a group of teenager kids starting to build their own future.

Winter solstice, great celebrations and preparations for the arrival of winter.
They both felt not completed. They felt lost, incomplete. Winter always cold, lonely. The owner of lonely hearts.
A lingering feeling of sadness and loneliness invaded them. Fall winds announced their departure taking the raw leaves still standing on the trees like wiping off the tears forgotten love collected. No doubt when anyone suffers for an impossible love, anyone suffers in silence, shut down from the outside world, senseless. Too much to handle, to little to be startled.
Egoistical, not critical at the moment, still lingered, specially when others around celebrated it. Something didn't make connection, the link was missing.
Ada and Cree needed to be alone, become one, deeply, madly, free, like the tree leaves abruptly taken away from their fundamentals, their pride, to unknown fields.
It was going to be a long day, a tiring day full of related activities, share, learn, have a taste, enjoy, observe. Just live and appreciate nature. And love.
What more could both ask?
The chosen place for this celebration, before the deep cut at the base of the cliff looking out to sea, surrounded by the stone age type rock building was a great place to celebrate this spectacle. Music, songs, friends to share with time, new friends to meet. A great opportunity for networking and socializing type of activity to exercise.
Both, equipped with camping gear, determined to enjoy festivities, joined the crowd already started the solstice celebrations.
Ada; beautifully dressed with a creamy silk loose dress, already looked like a bride; ready to join Cree forever, carried away by the festivities. The flowers Ada collected by her on her way up the cliff, complemented her beauty, framed by the silky black long hair she carefully combed every night before going to bed.
