Xylia had mixed emotions. She couldn't even understand Aciel's words. She looked at him with confusion and didn't know what to think at that moment.

"You're obsessed? Are you crazy? She could be your weakness, Aciel!" Luciano frowned.
"She would never be my weakness." Aciel answered.
"You seemed so confident. If that is only an obsession, it would not bring any good to you and the clan."
Aciel laughed. "Why? In this family, no one could wed someone for love. Why are you so concerned about it now? You yourself didn't marry for love."
Luciano smacked the table with his palms, making Xylia startled. Her eyes widened when the two men behind the Mafia boss aimed their guns at Aciel. She didn't think twice and hugged Aciel, shielding him in case the men fired at him.
"Stop, please!" She shouted, making the men surprised.
Luciano didn't say a word, but he was impressed by what Xylia did.
