Back on the ship, the night of the storm....
Carpe and Hale Hopper were reeling from what just happened. But just when they thought it couldn't go worse.....
"CAPTAIN!!!!!!" The both of them yelled as they saw the approaching wave.
Carpe was manning the wheel to avoid it, while Hale Hopper who was frantically trying to throw a rope for them to reach had to let go of it too early and grip tightly on the side of the ship to not get thrown overboard.
The water splashed even inside the ship, and the both of them were already soaking wet from the rain. The sails were close to being torn and flailing in the strong wind as if they won't be able to stay tied to their posts for too long.
The rest of the crew had to wake up from this huge impact, and they all went out to help the two.
Petit Louis exclaimed in his white little nightgown and floppy nightcap. "Where's Captain!?"
"They jumped! He and that prince of his!"
