The teacher plans to use the new spatial spells to build William's ship.
That way, there's no need to keep a storage in the lower levels.
But the core of the airship will need to incorporate some of the Space Laws, otherwise, it is impossible to command puppets to use the storage space.
As for the kind of space that could make it possible for people to live inside, there isn't the slightest clue yet.
