Adrian was taken aback.
At first, Adrian didn't grasp what was happening. Slowly it dawned on him—those families were making money by selling special potions, then using it to train the children in their households with Mage Aptitude.
Moreover, they were employing the very method Fran despised the most, completely indifferent to the future of these children.
