Tianyuan Media's hosting contracts were divided into full-time contracts and part-time contracts.
The full-time contract was the same as the ten or so female streamers. They would pay a minimum of 2,000 yuan a month. The live stream income, including gifts and advertising, would be split 30 - 70 with the company. The streamers would get 30%.(Gifts sent by the company themselves would not be counted as a share.)
The company was responsible for shooting videos for these full-time anchors to promote themselves, but full-time anchors also needed to guarantee a certain amount of live broadcast time every day.
There was no basic salary for part-time streamers. The three second-generation streamers that Tianyuan Media had signed a while ago were like this. They could broadcast whenever they wanted, and it was not a problem if they did not want to broadcast.
