He had his own management model, which he liked to refer to as the post-apocalyptic management model. People have many thoughts; no one could claim absolute loyalty. Therefore, he needed to give the impression that people could monitor anyone, could replace them, and could have whatever they wanted.

In this post-apocalyptic period, many places had supplies, and one could find them if willing to search. But the key issue was… encountering zombies during the search usually meant doom.
