He carried the cat food, holding the orange cat Cui Hua as if there were a natural affinity between them. The cat did not struggle but seemed to enjoy Lin Fan's strokes.
The orange cat Cui Hua looked at the old grandmother as if understanding something and meowed.

Lin Fan touched Cui Hua in his arms, his mood slightly somber as he walked downstairs.
Inside the house.
The old grandmother laid her partner on the bed, tidied up his appearance, and covered him with a blanket. She then held her son's portrait in her arms, quietly lying next to her partner, turned her head, and whispered softly.
"I've come to accompany you and our child."
After speaking, she slowly closed her eyes.
The already quiet room grew even quieter, and a petal slowly fell from the flowers on the coffee table.
