Fraus mostly used Spirit Hands in battle situations and when he needed to murder a target, basically in combat situations. But Spirit Hands are smart. As the order is given by Fraus and controlled by Gemini Clones, they are able to do and complete almost any mission.
Fraus knew that there was not much that needed to be done, but he still wanted to improve himself with time. He needed to trust his abilities and know how to use them without too much of a problem. If not, things would not be good and better than he wanted. These kinds of things may look simple from the outside, but in the end, they are important.
