Chapter 23 - Chapter 22 : First magic spell (part 2)

Next day,

After a long rainy weather a rare sunshine could be seen.

Myth was sitting on the bench, With a pen and paper in his hand.

Stuart was standing in front of him with a whiteboard on his left and a stick in his hand.

Stuart - Myth, as a TMC agent you need to know many things, Like rules, behavior and taboos.

Taboos? asked Myth.

Yes, there all many taboos like -

- You are not allowed to take one world's technology to another.

- You are not allowed to sell any technology in black market.

"Wait, There is a black market here" Asked Myth.

Yes and don't interrupt me, Replied Stuart.

So where was I ?

Oh yeah, You are not allowed to sell technology in black market.

- Try to make as less contact as possible in targeted world.

Myth raised his hand amidst of stuart talking.

What is it? Said a annoyed stuart with a grumpy voice.

If I were to get a mass destruction weapon from a small world would it cause the same damage in the higher world as it does in small world, asked Myth.

Well, things like small world higher world doesn't exist. Every world is a unique in it's own way. Every world has it's own specialty and because of this every world has it's own set of rules.

Which means that weapons that work in one world might not work in other or even if it work, it won't work that well.

For example lets take wizard's stone, in its original world it could work as a medicine of youth or medicine of life.

But in other world it may only give few years of life.

And if we were to take it out of multiverse range like if we take it to TMC than its ability would degrade more. which means at best it might give extra life for few month.

Any weapon that does not belong to any particular world would have its power adjusted to match that world power level.

So, according to this logic it doesn't matter how over power a weapon is, it would be useless as long as it is out that world, Asked myth.

Not entirely. For example a nuke is a nuke it doesn't matter how low powered it became. It always be a weapon of mass destruction. replied stuart.

Suddenly a shout came from outside "Myth time for your magic classes".
