At Kaitou Academy's Infirmary, Aiko inquired about Yuichi and Tatsuya was in a bind as to what to tell her. He was desperately searching for words. To tell or not to tell her the truth, was his greatest dilemma at the moment.
" Tatsuya, why aren't you answering me?" Where's Yuichi?" The more she asked about him, the more Tatsuya was sweating. If Tatsuya was to tell her the truth, she would feel responsible but it was also true that whether or not he was to tell her the truth, she would find out in the end.
After mere reflection, Tatsuya made up his mind and said, " Yuichi is in the opposite ward." Tatsuya thought the truth was better than lies. He couldn't bring himself to lie to her as that would have been wrong.
Aiko gasped in shock as she asked the following, " What do you mean by that?" Gasping the situation, Tatsuya thought whether telling her the truth was the best option overall. Was he ready to tell her everything?
