"You're not weird. You are just stronger than the others. Maybe a little unique!" Dáinn said looking straight into the other's eyes that glistened a little at his words.
"You don't need to listen to what others have to say. You have m- us and we believe in you" Dáinn continued not looking away even once.
Cassiel who was listening to every word the other said now had tears streaming down his face.
Dáinn stretched out his hands and wiped away a drop of tear that had trailed down Cassiel's cheeks with his thumb. With the back of the same hand, he caressed the other's pillowy cheek unconsciously.
Though his hand moved on its own, he had always had a hidden desire to feel Cassiel's gentle-looking skin under his rough hands. To Dàinn's surprise, Cassiel did not push him off either. Instead, he closed his eyes, taking in the feeling of the other's touch.
