The Power System and Energy Terms so far (making stuff up as I go)

(MAGE)

Trainee: Just starting out. Incapable of storing Mana. Mana is ingrained in the body focused on slowly reforming it into one suitable for a Mage (It's not mentioned but there are endless variations for different Energy subclasses' bodies with different Energy Channels) Not capable of performing spells or just barely during this period. Any spells you perform are crude

Entry: The next stage. Finally beginning to store Mana because project body sculpting was over(joke name). Mana is stored in a Mana Stone that shatters if completely drained. Capable of performing basic spells for their subclasses. Any spells you perform are crude

Beginner: No turning back now(Not mentioned but affinities are usually more than one, but with one prominent one, the energy absorbed passively is of different forms and the prominent one is usually chosen regardless of preferences. But it's a free world) Capable of performing Beginner spells(small town Tier+)

Have formed a stable(-ish) means of storing Mana in the form of a Core. Have begun to gain some semblance of control over energy (Energy Control)

I believe I can fly(?)

Intermediate:

Advanced

???: HIGHER ENERGY USERS (GUARDIANS)

TERMS

*Training: The process of gaining strength over here. It involves absorbing a particular type of Energy from the five types (Qi, Psionic, Mana, Mutagen, Ferra) and accumulating it past certain thresholds to reach different levels of strength. The powers can be used for a variety of things besides combat do there's employment for everybody.

*(Energy) Users: They are those who train. Their Ranks are as divided above. Their methods of training, color of Energy, abilities, storage methods, applications etc all vary so I'll just focus mainly on Mage, in the book.

*Cosmic Energy: The Oxygen of the Cosmic Tree. It formed the Cosmosphere, a 'better' atmosphere that is gold in color. Sadly the gift Mother nature prepared for her predecessors to enjoy for free has booked into a lovely multi billion-credit industry where only those who can afford to pay for it get some in the tank for a hefty price. It's not that easy to get the stuff from the Cosmosphere anyways. Pls there's additional preparation processes to perform so the price is justified.

* Planes: A plane is a mini world of which there are three, of which there are 4-4kingdoms and a nation. Each plane is like an entirely different star system

*Awakening & Visualization: Energy is something that all living beings crave so the body just absorbs the trace amounts anyhow until it goes from trainee(base) to Entry. THAT is Awakening. The absorbtion process works better while unconscious so at least 90% of it happens while asleep. So if and you most likely will) you happen to awaken in your sleep, the energy outburst from your body completing it's forming process causes you to perform your first spell or pulse or whatever. The catch is that none is around to see it. Doesn't this sound like a wet dream?

*Sub-Class: There are more sub-classes that the average E-grade maths student can count but he was a B-grade English student so it's alright. A Sub-Class is the specific brand of your Energy. What can it do? You know it's Mana but can you just use all the spells from water to fire and dark to light? Sorry, pick one. There are about 3-dozen Mage sub-classes and according to Nduka's graph, the amount of variations of the Energy decrease the further down the scale. Gear>Mutant>Mage>Psychic>Pugilist

*Nduka's Graph: ? Attend 'Energy' the class(gotten from physics)

*Core Reforming Drug: It basically is to Mage Cores what Cauliflower is to our kidneys. But it can also serve as wet concrete for a broken Core because newly formed beginner Cores are a dangerous time.

*Synergy: Attend Once a month synergy testing.
