Larus Argentatus and The Brewery Butcher
A special delivery arrived to Heathergate headquarters, wrapped in Kraft paper with stamped notes from almost everywhere in the world. It was an starting point of Yelabinsk, far up after the ever frozen mountains. The box, obviously beaten by the far far handling and extreme weather had notes to be handled with care, but ignoring special notes, the parcel faced its careless handling.
Sun, dust, water, hits and Knicks left it's autographs all over it. A clear example of around the world globetrotter.
Even when dropped off at the reception desk, it pushed a dusty mist and the sound of breaking glasses sounded as the parcel hit the surface of the reception desk…
-delivery for Mr. Griffin!
The dusty wrinkly beaten box created some dust being lifted as it hit the surface of the reception desk. The delivery guy, with googles and a grim smile pulled out his pen and scanner.
Beep, beep, beep….
-all right sir, sign here and I'll be gone to deliver the next parcel before the 4pm storm arrives!
I have gone through 2 already!!!
What a day!…..
Once the delivery guy finished his delivery and Cree signed off his receipt, the delivery guy picked up his stuff and went in his delivery transport. Up he went to his next delivery address.
Ada noticed the huge dusty box. Intrigued, she walk towards the big dusty box to take a look at all the stamps, fragile-handle-with-care notes, customs declaration notes and other customs type declarations attached to the parcel.
Inside; amongst all types of little boxers, was a box that caught Ada's curiosity. The box had attractive neon stickers and weird paintings all over. It was sealed all over the reams with red wax. Ada felt an increased urgency of opening the box as she touched it. Ada's impulsive curiosity took over her. Her opened wide dark eyes had that brightness that only Cree saw and learned to interpret.
But this time was not her inner fire.
Something, so my show took over her.
Cree noticed Ada's change of behaviour and caught up with her to snap her out of the trance she seemed to be in.
-the Dybbuk Box! Ada!!!
Snap out of it!
Leave it out!
Instantly; on command, Ada let go and the box fell of her hands on its side, breaking the seal and cracked open the box...
-OMG! Ada said astonished
It's a dybbuk box!
Stay away everyone! This box is cursed!
The moment she finished the sentence, a soft breeze left the room and a weird vibrating, shaking the room was felt. Fir a moment, they felt the start of an earthquake…..
Then everything stopped, the sun was shining and the birds singing could be heard. It felt like everything stopped for a couple of seconds.
-I think we just released a demon…..
Big time! O-M-G!!!! We just released a LETUCHY,
Haven't we?…..
A LETUCHY….
The Fiery Serpent generally resembles a glowing, fiery rocket, a flaming broom, or a ball of blue fire. According to the mythology, it is an evil spirit that reveals itself at night. The serpent has been portrayed as a spirit that presents itself as the form of a lost love to widows or women grieving the loss of a lover. In their grief, and their desperation to be rejoined with their lost love, women do not recognize the serpent and become convinced that their lover has returned.
Ada knew what a LETUCHY was….
A sudden shake of the ground made the already spoked duo in the office.
-so LETUCHY. we say hi to you!
Hoping ur release from this box will bring you peace?
No response
Maybe it's looking it's surroundings….
Cree looked inside the Dybbuk box. Amongst the usual letter describing it's contents, there was a rusted bronze key, a chain attached to a lock of red hair.
-perhaps the LETUCHY's hair?
Perhaps it was a woman? Asked Cree..
-pretty much, love
Answered Ada…. Did not heard of any woman LETUCHY, no records either. Perhaps we should look into this…
-what do you think Ada?
Good idea hun?, inquired Cree, complimented with his famous eye blink and mischievous smile…..
-of course love! Added Ada…. Good for my finalizing my investigational reports of that region…
Tikhopeysk, an ancient town in the Russian mountains were famous for their huntings of demons and capturing them into Dybbuk boxes.
-so we just created a boo boo released Dybbuk demon…. honey…!
-no problem love
Replied Cree
Once we get to Tikhopeysk, will contact Averin or Barlow on how to bring this scape back to his prison…
-okay love, it sounds CB like a new exciting mission to accomplish my dearest love!
Let's get ready!
It sounds like another exciting exploration of uncharted territory…
Isn't it?😉
For sure they won't be alone…
