We moved up the staircase as we talked to each other. It was mostly me and Aimee talking to each other about different stuff, and Ruby would join in from time to time, making a comment or two.
We soon reached the top floor, and we parted ways there on words. I entered the room, and then I went straight to the shower.
I smelled like a pig. I quickly took my clothes off and then entered the shower. It was refreshing. The hot water brushing against my skin was nice. I closed my eyes and stood there for a second, enjoying the sensation of the warm water.
