For the past few days, she has seen Meixiu going out of their house and walking towards that one car that kept on fetching and dropping her off.
She wanted to ask Meixiu but she knew the girl would only lie in her face so she needed to have evidence to ask her.
"Let me put it on you."
Meixiu grabs the Diamond Tear Necklace from the box and walks to Xiaohui's back.
The smaller girl puts her hair aside. Meixiu carefully places the necklace on Xiaohui's neck as her face still holds that biggest smile.
She finishes putting on the necklace and quickly walk in front of the smaller one to see her.
"You never failed to amaze me with your beauty."
Xiaohui blushes a bit before she smacks Meixiu's shoulder as the taller chuckles at her.
"Let's just go and eat, we still need to go home early."
Meixiu nodded and guided Xiaohui towards the table, yet again.

The scene yesterday night was a great hit. Even the television broadcasted it early in the morning.
Xiaowen was of course jealous of what happened yesterday night because of how the husband takes care of his wife.
While Xiaohui could only shut up as she knew Meixiu wouldn't want Xiaowen to know about what happened last night.
"Look at that man, he's very gentle with his wife! Not like someone out there."
"Ma, aren't you tired?"
"Why would I be tired!? I won't be tired of insulting her because she deserves it."
Xiaowen said.
Xiaohui sighs and shakes her head. She looks at the kitchen and saw Meixiu putting the dish on the plate.
She went towards her.
"It's becoming the talk of the town. Why did you even decide to take me there?"
Meixiu looks at Xiaohui.
"A friend just recommended the place. He said he was about to propose to his girlfriend until his girlfriend cheated on him."
"Well, that sounds bad."
"Yeah, and he told me to just use the place for our wedding anniversary."
"And you agreed right away?"
"What? No of course not. I told him I can manage but he said he's fine with it."
"Who's that friend of yours anyway? I wanna go and thank him."
Meixiu grabs the plate and walks to the dining table.
"I'll let you meet him next time."
Meixiu smiles at Xiaohui.
"Who'll meet who?"
Xiaowen quickly went to interrupt their talk. Xiaohui shakes her head.
"Nothing Ma."
"You won't tell me now? I should know who it is."
"Ma, it's just Meixiu's friend."
"Huh! That bastard still has friends?"
Xiaohui furrows her eyebrows.
"Of course, she can't just go on and do chores here. She needs to socialize."
"I don't approve of it!"
Xiaowen said. Xiaohui sighs and ignores her mother who's ranting nonstop.

Mingxia frantically ran towards Grandpa Zheng's office. She open the door harshly and she was greeted by Grandpa Zheng's angry face.
"And where have you been? You didn't update me on what happened yesterday!"
Mingxia gulps before she stands up straight.
"Grandpa, I don't know what-"
"Stop it already! I don't wanna hear anything you're about to talk about."
"But, Grandpa-"
"I said shut it."
Grandpa Zheng stands up from his chair. Mingxia sighs before she takes the courage to tell something to him.
"I saw Meixiu and Xiaohui yesterday, they are the secret couple that rented out the whole Sky Garden!"
"How are they even going to rent out the whole Sky Garden? Are you lying in my face!?"
Grandpa Zheng got more upset with what Mingxia just said.
This girl dares to lie to my face. She can't even do what I ask her to do!
"Grandpa, I'm telling the truth! Why don't you go and ask Xiaohui?"
"Are you dumb? Even if it's the truth, Xiaohui won't go and say yes! And if it really is the truth, where did they get the money to rent out the whole Sky Garden!? And it's impossible to rent it out."
Grandpa Zheng said. Mingxia then stops for a while to think.
She is sure that it was Meixiu and Xiaohui that she has seen yesterday night but she couldn't just tell Grandpa Zheng without any evidence.
It was because of that person! I will be able to take a picture if that person didn't put me to sleep.
"Grandpa, yesterday... Someone put me to sleep even before I took a picture of Meixiu and Xiaohui."
Grandpa Zheng sat down on the chair again.
"I don't know if that person did something to me but I woke up in the hotel where we rented out for the whole night to witness the scene unfolding."
"Do you remember anything that person has?"
"The person has a scar on the back of their right hand."

Meixiu came to the Song Villa to go on and check on Weimin. Yesterday night, she calls him and wanted him to go and let him take care of the Zheng family.
She knew someone might go and sneak around the hotel to get a good view of the mysterious couple.
And she's right. According to Weimin, a girl was sneaking around the back of the hotel so he decided to put her to sleep.
And that only means it's Mingxia. Qiang wouldn't go and sneak around the back of the hotel.
Because she knows, Grandpa Zheng would send a girl to attract her husband.
"She did but surely, she won't be able to identify it."
"Just make sure you don't meet her."
Weimin nodded his head. He then leans in confusing the girl.
"Tell me, how did you get away from answering Xiaohui's questions?"
"I lied."
"Uh-huh, did she catch you lying?"
"No."
"So you're good at lying now? Because last time I remember, Mr. Gunner punishes you because of lying."
Meixiu leans on the chair and sighs.
"The orphanage taught me how to lie. Every child asks why I was in the orphanage, I can't just say that my father told me to because his enemies are after me."
Weimin nodded his head.
Meixiu's phone suddenly rang. She quickly answers the phone as soon as she saw Xiaohui's name.
"Hello?"
"Meixiu, can you do me a favor?"
"Anything."
"You remember Cui Lijuan right?"
"Of course, she's your best friend."
"She's back from Xuyang! Can you fetch her at the airport?"
"That's great news! Is she at the airport now?"
"No, but she said she's near."
"Ok, I'll go and fetch her."
"Also, could you find a restaurant? I wanted to treat her."
"I'll do everything for you."
Meixiu then hangs up the call. She looks at Weimin and then stands up, making the guy stand up as well.
"Well, I gotta do something."
"Ok, take care ok?"

"Grandpa, you called?"
"Yes, Cui Lijuan is coming back from Xuyang!"
Qiang furrows his eyebrows. Grandpa Zheng expected him to have an excited look but he only receives a confused one.
"Aren't you excited?"
"Why would I?"
"Are you talking back to your grandfather!? Of course, it's the Young Lady from the Cui clan!"
The Cui clan is a very respected clan from Xuyang. They were third in terms of wealth but they still has power.
"You like her right? Then this is your chance."
"Grandpa, that's already in the past. And besides, I already have Xuilan."
"Forget about her. Just focus on Lijuan! Can't you see that she's much richer than that fiancee of yours?"
"But, grandpa-"
"No more buts, go and fetch her at the airport."
Grandpa Zheng dismisses Qiang. The guy could only nod and groan in his head.
He walks out of the office to be met by Mingxia.
"Don't you think Grandpa's pushing us a bit too much?"
