The silence stretches between the four of us to the point that it could be awkward, but Christ's heavy stare is just shy of uncomfortable. I whip my head to the side to see Lexington trying his best to read my reaction. That's about to get a lot easier.
"Did you know about this?"
He nods. "Yes. I did. I wanted you to see this place before we decided what to do. Personally, I think it would be an amazing investment. You and I both know what kind of market Los Angeles is. We would have no problem getting it off the ground."
